To improve the functionality of Autodesk Build, photos should have a folder organization system. Currently, photos cannot be moved into folders or have folders created within them for proper sorting. In BIM 360 Admin portal we have the ability to see when selecting an individual user any project that person is assigned to in our portal and what their access level assigned is.   We would like to have this same feature in ACC. We don't need to see every project that user is assigned to only the ones that are associated with our portal.  Show More

Currently, to delete a specification section in Autodesk Build, users are required to delete the entire set it was a part of and reupload the specifications without the section. This process is both time-consuming and inefficient.   I propose adding a "delete" button within the "edit section details" menu. It's very important for companies who don't always use the same template with the same folders and permissions, to have a clear overview of 'who has permission to what'. Now, you have to go to each folder to check the permission settins individually, if you have a lot of folders (named with numbers of similar names), it can get quite confusing. Like the file log export function, it should also have an export function showing all the permissions granted (per person, role or company) per folder in the project. Show More

It would be great if pdfs could work as pdfs in any other software and we could scroll through them. We have process documents and all sorts of pdfs that are many many pages long and finding stuff there is horrible when you have to click each page and scrolling through is not possible. It is also weird that because of this behavior the pdf documents cant even be printed, because the system would only print one page. The only solution is the download and than print. Or sync the project with DC to your computer and than print. On the other hand we also work on projects where our permission level doesnt allow us to download and that makes things diffiucult. To review a PDF with multiple pages in Docs, you have to go through each page individually, which can be time-consuming and impractical. It would be helpful to have a solution or an option to enable a PDF reading experience similar to Acrobat Reader, where you can quickly navigate through the document using the scroll wheel to slide through pages. In Forms it would be really useful to have a table or a matrix in the template builder. When you are setting up in the template builder you could decide the columns and then add rows when filling out, this is similar how the daily report log works. Maybe also you could choose another option which would be to have fixed columns and rows which you then fill in selected fields. Hi,   It will be good to have a QR code automatically created once the Asset is created on Build Assets. It should be printable so that the QR code can be pasted on the Assets at site. The site engineers can scan the QR code which can take them to the Assets on ACC and see all the attached references to the Assets. Show More

Allow users to view the pages for previous Spec versions. When they go into version sets and try clicking on a previous version to view it, it does not show any pages for that version. You can only view the latest set. Show More

We would like to bring to your attention to a request reported by clients (The Brij  & Max Estates) who is actively using the Forms Module in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for managing quality checklists, safety inspections, and other critical forms.   Current Behavior: At present, once a form is initiated by a maker (initiator), email is automatically triggered and sent to all section assignees listed in the form, even before the initial section has been filled and submitted. Additionally, another round of notifications is sent when the maker submits the form, leading to duplicate and unnecessary notifications for other stakeholders who are not yet required to act.   Client’s Requirement: The client has requested that notifications to subsequent section assignees should only be triggered once the initiator (maker) has filled and submitted their initial section, and not when the form is merely created. This change is especially crucial in multi-section workflows, where different departments (e.g., QA/QC, Safety, Execution) are responsible for completing their designated sections at different stages of work.   Site Scenario: On-site contractor engineers are initiating Pour card or safety checklists by filling only the initial section. However, before submission, notifications are being sent prematurely to client teams (e.g., Safety, or Site Execution), leading to confusion and irrelevant follow-ups from stakeholders who are not yet required to act. This also adds to the noise in notification traffic, causing users to overlook important notifications when they are truly relevant.   Proposed Enhancement: Trigger notifications to section assignees only after the preceding section(s) have been submitted. Provide an optional toggle or setting in the project admin or form template to control this notification behavior, allowing project teams to define when and how assignees are notified.   Benefits of Proposed Solution: Reduces notification fatigue and clutter for stakeholders Aligns notifications more closely with actual workflow progress Prevents premature stakeholder involvement and confusion Ensures a cleaner and more action-based communication channel Enhances adoption and usability of the Forms module, especially on large projects with multiple teams   We have already explored the available notification settings under Project Admin and Form Template configurations; however, there appears to be no provision to control notifications at the section level.   We would appreciate it if your team could evaluate the feasibility of implementing this enhancement or provide any available workaround that could help meet this requirement.
