Prevent Duplicate Asset Uploads Through Automated Validation in ACC Assets Module Idea Description: Currently, when uploading assets into the ACC Assets Module, duplicate asset records can be uploaded if they exist in the source spreadsheet. While the system performs validation checks for mandatory fields such as Status, Category, Location Missing, etc and restricts uploads when these are missing, there is no validation to identify or prevent duplicate assets. Proposed Enhancement: Implement a duplicate asset validation check during the asset upload process. Before completing the upload, the system should automatically scan the incoming dataset and compare it against existing assets and duplicate records within the upload file. Expected Benefits: Prevent unintentional duplicate asset creation. Improve overall asset data quality and integrity. Reduce manual effort required to identify and clean duplicate records. Ensure more reliable asset registers for downstream processes and reporting. Align duplicate validation with other existing upload validation checks. This enhancement would be a valuable addition to the ACC Assets Module and help organizations maintain accurate and consistent asset data from the point of upload. Show More

In Forms it would be really useful to have a table or a matrix in the template builder. When you are setting up in the template builder you could decide the columns and then add rows when filling out, this is similar how the daily report log works. Maybe also you could choose another option which would be to have fixed columns and rows which you then fill in selected fields. Table is a great addition to Form, with Signature, we can further develop something like an IFC or ITP or daily sign-of which required Signature/sign off on each line item.   Please consider having signature as an option. Hi there. It would be really useful if you could enable the ability to select an element in the model viewer within Model Coordination and then have an option in the tools palette to create an asset folder to reference files, forms, issues, etc. for it. This would really elevate the functionality of the assets tool in Forma Build, as when selecting the asset folder created from the element, it could showcase a thumbnail of the element in the model, like what happens when you create an issue in Model Coordination. There seems to be a disconnection between the Assets tool and the element in the model for which the asset folder within Assets is created for. Show More

ACC has default form types (Quality, Commissioning, Safety, Punchlist) that seems to be default. Need to be able to create custom form types. It is possible to create custom issue types, custom asset field types, custom asset status types. But, it does not appear possible to create custom checklist/ form types. Show More

Being able to create forms in bulk, with 1 being assigned to each piece of equipment would be a huge time saver. Having 250+ assets and having to create each checklist individually is a huge time dump.  Show More

At this time, we can only assign the checklist by manually way from standard checklist template to each equipment ID, it will be more efficient and useful feature if we can assign standard checklist to selected equipment ID at a time. If example, if the project has 34 generators to install, for CxL2 checklist, now we need to manually assign 1 checklist to the generator no. 1 and repeat the step until finish generator no. 34 which lot of time consuming to get 34 generator installation checklist.    Show More
