Currently, the system supports the CSI MasterFormat structure, which includes three standard headers within each specification section: Part 1 – General Part 2 – Products Part 3 – Execution For the specifications to process successfully and generate all required submittals, these headers align with the expected structure. There are instances where specifications do not have all these headers. Is it possible to identify when headers are missing and if so, can they be inserted to allow to successful generation of submittals? Currently, we have to add and flatten the text for these headers into pdf before uploading to AutoSpecs. Alternatively, insertion of headers may not be necessary if AI can be trained to identify submittals regardless of whether document was created in CSI MasterFormat.
