However, Construction Meeting Records are currently exported using a fixed, narrative-style PDF layout that cannot be adapted to project or client standards. In many industry and owner-driven projects, clients require structured, tabular meeting reports (e.g. Minutes of Meeting formats) that clearly show tasks, responsibilities, deadlines, and current status at a glance. Since the report layout cannot be customized, teams are forced to manually recreate meeting protocols outside the Forma ecosystem. Proposed Solution Provide an option in Forma Industry Cloud to configure and customize Construction Meeting Record layouts, including table-based report formats. Suggested capabilities: Selectable report layouts (Narrative / Table-based / Owner format) Configurable table structure with: Columns such as: Topic, Task / Decision, Responsible party, Due date, Status, Category, Remarks Custom column order and visibility Grouping options (by agenda item, discipline, responsibility, or status) Ability to save layouts as project or company standards within Forma This enhancement should extend the existing reporting workflow while keeping the current default layout available.
