I had a question regarding the photos in Autodesk. We’ve noticed that photos taken within tasks, daily reports, and similar items aren’t populating in the main jobsite photos section. Currently, the only way to view them is by opening each individual report. Is there a way to have those photos populate in both locations? This would allow upper management to quickly review site progress without having to dig through multiple reports. This used to be a function in PlanGrid, so I wanted to see if something similar is available here. Show More

I would like to see the ability to export the issue report in pdf and excel on the issues that were created in the review. There is no efficient work around to do this, and needs an "export issue" button from the review that only exports those created in that review. Is anyone else having the same issues??? Show More

When creating forms in Build - it appears there is not a way to attach or reference a report to the form. It seems unclear why this functionality does not exist but is offered to other products to be attached as references. In addition, when creating reports it would be beneficial to customize the cover sheet that will be included in the report by using an editable pdf. Show More

When creating reports on Forma - there are limitations to this workflow. If you create a report template - you can't just share the template out to other team members to use. You have to actually generate a report, share that report, then have that use open the template used to create the shared report, then same the report template for their own use but it is detached from any project admin templates that are intended to be updated and used by the whole team. It makes this process very complicated for something that should just be very simple If you create a report template - you can only generate report using that template if you go to the Reports module. If a team member you has access to the template goes instead to the Issues module - selects which issues they want to generate a report - clicks "export report" there is no option to use a template. This would be beneficial because sometimes to create the report you want - you can't allows do with filters. Sometimes you just need to be able to select which issues you want to export but export them in the same format from a template. When using reports on the iPad this same ability is limited to leverage templates. It would also be beneficial to have a report module on the iPad because the only option the iPad provide you is to manually select the issues you want to create a report from but once again, without the ability to use a template. Having the reports module included can at least bridge a solution for team members out in the field. Show More

Would like to run a report for an entire category of Issues without having to select each type underneath it. We sometimes have 100+ types under one category. Selecting them all is very tedious. We can save the selection with all of them to a template, but it would be great to just have the option to select category instead. Show More

Requiring team members to create a daily report for each individual area can become redundant and lead to loss of interest in using the tool.  Recommend adding a locations tab to the work log or allowing multiple location selections to the form details.  On a large project with an individual responsible for each particular location the daily could be useful by limiting locations.  On smaller projects with a variety of locations being worked on the same day a tool allowing one form to capture all the Daily work would be beneficial.  Would also recommend a daily summary report that automatically selects all dailies for the given date summarizes the hours, total employees, etc.  This would be a useful tool for CM's, GC's and owners to monitor reporting by subcontractors. Currently tables only get exported if exporting a single form. If exporting multiple forms at the time, the tables are excluded from the final pdf report. This is an absolute must, right now the table feature is useless as exporting each form separately is too time consuming. We are creating dozens of forms a day. Show More

When generating issue reports in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), two different reference numbers are currently used depending on the view: On detail pages, the Issue ID is shown and acts as the primary identifier. On the sheet overview, a different number (marker / pin number) is displayed. Although a one-to-one relationship between these numbers already exists in the detail view, this relationship is not transparent for the end user. As a result, users need to switch back and forth between overview and detail pages to understand which issue corresponds to which marker. From a usability perspective, it would be much clearer and more intuitive to work with a single reference number, preferably the Issue ID, across both: the overview plan the detail pages Since the relationship between Issue ID and marker number already exists internally, it should be possible to link this behind the scenes and display the Issue ID consistently, without changing the underlying data structure. Suggested improvement Use the Issue ID as the primary visible reference on both overview plans and detail views or Provide an option to toggle which number is displayed on the overview plan This would significantly improve clarity and user experience for project teams and clients reviewing issue reports, without impacting existing workflows. Currently a template can only be created to export asset detail in pdf form. Creating a template for excel format that can be scheduled to run automatically would improve operations. Show More

Is it possible for tags to sync over to buildingconnected that have been entered into tradetapp?   This is currently not possible and creates duplicate work for tagging accounts. Show More

It would be very helpful to have more editing and formatting options for ACC meeting PDF exports. At the moment, repeated footer text and system‑generated information cannot be adjusted or removed, which reduces the clarity of the documents. Additional controls for layout, spacing, and footer content would ensure that the PDF is already clean and well‑structured without needing further editing in an external PDF tool. Show More

Pictures included in ACC reports can only be enlarged by clicking the link, which requires the user to log into ACC to view them at a larger size. It would be helpful to have the ability to click directly on the image within the report to enlarge it on screen and see more detail, rather than relying on the link. Show More

The request is to enable Advance Recovery visibility at the Payment Application level, both within the product interface and in Cost Reports, including total advance granted, total recovered to date, remaining balance, and associated tax, without requiring line-item detail. Users need to compare how much advance is recovered across payment applications (e.g., Payment Application 1 vs 2) to support financial control, executive reporting, and contract follow-up. We are currently using the Reviews feature within Forma Data Management. While the Reviews module allows limited filtering and manual export of review data, it lacks integration with the Reports module.   At present: There is no predefined report template for Reviews in the Reports module. There is no option to generate or schedule automated Review reports with configurable or required fields. Report scheduling is available only for other modules such as Issue Summary and Forms Summary, but not for Reviews. This limitation prevents us from generating standardized, scheduled Review reports, which impacts reporting consistency, automation, and downstream analysis. Show More

There are several options for how to export reports, but there does not appear to be a way to customize this. The beta issues on sheets for example is great but custom fields we've added such as location details, or responsible party are hidden when we export the report. Is there a way we can toggle fields on/off fields to include in the PDF export, and save export settings / set defaults so that others can easily export with the same settings?  Show More
