Hello Dev Team, 1 . Default grouping of projects by Hub :  Current situation On the home screen, each row currently represents a single project, regardless of its associated hub. When users are working across multiple hubs and projects, this results in long, flat lists that are difficult to navigate, even with filters. Proposed improvement Introduce a default grouping of projects by Hub, with a collapsible structure: Each hub appears as a parent item Projects are nested within the hub Clicking on the hub icon expands/collapses the project list This behavior already exists in Forma Site Design project pages, where projects are grouped by hub. 😍   Expected benefits Improved readability of the home screen Reduced cognitive load when navigating large environments Faster identification of the correct project context Better alignment with how users conceptually organize their work (hub = environment, projects = content)   2- Filtering by Module (in addition to Hub / Title / Date):  Current situation The filter system currently allows filtering by: Hub Title Date However, users often work across multiple modules (e.g., Site Design, Building Design, Docs, etc.), and this dimension is not currently available. When managing multiple projects in Forma, it’s difficult to quickly identify which projects are high priority in the My Home project list. As the number of projects grows, this directly impacts productivity and response time. Requested improvement:  - Ability to pin important projects  - Ability to move high-priority projects to the top of the list Use cases:  - Keep frequently used projects always visible  - Temporarily prioritize urgent projects This would greatly improve usability for users handling multiple projects. The name of a particular site is not shown beyond the site landing page. When I start looking at the files the site name should be visible in a banner. I frequently look at several different sites that all use very similar features and equipment, so it can easily get confusing which site I am looking at and I have to back out of the file to see, then back in the file  Show More

It would be nice to be able to "archive" a project and have it in a separate list of say completed projects but still be able to view everything but have it set to read only. This would keep from having to have admins restore projects to allow team members to review a past project or bridge information from that old project to a new project if we are doing a project for the same customer and want to review that last project. This would also allow us to clean up the current Active projects list to be a lot smaller and less cumbersome on finding project. Currently we have 142 projects but only 82 are active but we don't want to archive them because users can't view the information in the project.  This would also help when we create our power bi dashboards from the data connector we can limit those projects from showing up since those would be "Completed" projects versus just Archived. With approval work-flows in place on many items, it would be beneficial to view all assigned tasks from the My Home screen. Just like when in the Cost Management, there is a Reviews tile. A similar tile showing all assigned tasks from any project on the My Home screen would help ensure that nothing gets overlooked. Additionally, being able to view assigned tasks for other team members would be helpful as well so that we can stay on top of all items. Show More

Currently, the only solution to my knowledge for creating a shared file storage location is to create a dedicated project for the sole purpose of using its files tab as a makeshift repository. This feels awkward because the project being created isn't a real project and is only being created for the purpose of using its files. I think it would be a cleaner approach to add a files tab, similar to what can be found inside of projects, but at the account level. This would offer accounts a cleaner option for storing account-wide files that are not project specific such as guides, standards, etc.   Show More

We would like to add a trade to list. We are a structural steel carport constructor. We do a lot of work on carports and It would really be helpful if there was a trade specific to carports. Currently it doesn't fall under any specific category and if I select any of the steel categories, I just get a lot of bids for things I will never bid on. Please add a carport trade. It would also help GC's too because most of the carport companies only do carports and most of the structural steel companies dont pick them up. It is a niche gap.  Show More

Problem Statement The “Assigned to Me” widget in Autodesk Construction Cloud currently only displays items where the user is the explicit current assignee of the workflow step. In many construction workflows, approvals are configured using: Role-based reviewers Company-based reviewers Group or parallel approvers In these scenarios, users who are responsible for approving an item do not see the item in “Assigned to Me”, even though they must review it. This creates a visibility gap and increases the risk of missed approvals and workflow delays, especially in large programs where: design reviews involve multiple stakeholders vendors and internal teams approve in parallel corporate gates require several reviewers Additionally, requestors cannot easily track their own submissions from the dashboard. Current Limitation The “Assigned to Me” widget only shows: items where the user is the direct assignee the current workflow step owner It does not include: role-based approvers company/group approvers users included in a parallel approval step items requested by the user Requested Enhancement Extend “Assigned to Me” logic Include items where the user is: part of a Role assigned in the workflow part of a Company reviewer assignment part of a Group reviewer assignment one of the parallel reviewers in the active step This would ensure that all users responsible for action see the item in their dashboard.   Add a new dashboard card: “Requested by Me” A second widget would show items initiated by the user, allowing requestors to monitor their submissions.   Currently, Autodesk Construction Cloud only supports email-based notifications for updates such as document changes, task assignments, issue updates, and other project activities. While this is helpful, it lacks the convenience and efficiency of an in-app notification center or inbox, which has become standard in most modern collaboration platforms. As a result: Users must rely solely on email to stay updated. Important updates can get lost in cluttered inboxes or overlooked. There is no centralized place within ACC to view a history or list of past notifications. Requested Feature: Introduce a Notification Center or Inbox panel within the ACC web interface (and mobile apps if possible), where users can: See all their project-related alerts in one place (issues assigned, RFIs, submittals, comments, approvals, etc.). Click to view the linked item directly from the notification. Mark notifications as read/unread or filter by type/date. Optionally mute or snooze notifications per project or tool (Docs, Build, etc.). This feature would significantly enhance communication and usability within the platform. Business issue: Construction teams need hyper-local weather information to support safety, planning, and daily site decisions. Proposal : Integrate high-precision local weather data in Insight, based on the exact project location and professional weather sources. On the My Home page, a user should be able to see ALL their Open Review items in a list/Card. If someone is a member of 10 projects and needs to possibly keep track of multiple Approval Workflow reviews for each of them, they currently have to dig through EACH project to figure out which ones have things they need to attend to. Notification emails are one thing, but they're not as good as a Heads Up dashboard of all your project wide tasks. This is also not something that should be handled by Insight Builder.    I'm speaking from the POV of Cost Management specifically, but I'm sure this is an issue across all modules. The dashboard cards in My Home need to be a proper summary of ALL of the Projects a user is a part of and each area they may have a ball-in-court status to be aware of. Approval Workflows in Cost, RFIs and Issues in Build etc. A card for each type of Item they might be a part of and a total cross-project list of their respective items.    I hear this weekly as a comment from people and they're surprised it is not possible.      Show More

Items assigned to “My Role” or “My Company” do not appear in the “Work Status” section on the Forma Build Home page. There is also confusion at the project level around whether the "Your Assigned Work" data includes all assignment types; currently, it only reflects assignments “By User.”   While I understand the Autodesk approach, the interface could better clarify how assignments are represented. In practice, items assigned to me, my role, or my company are all effectively assigned to me. At a minimum, “By Role” and “By Company” assignments on the Forma Build “Home” page should align with the Forma “My Home” page, as introduced in the recent March update. @twellins   Show More

The “Search and filter” box is currently available on each page when a tool is selected in ACC Build. This allows the project member to search and filter for documents within the selected tool.   It would be useful if the “Search and filter” box is added to the “Home” page. This “Search and filter” box can allow for all documents on the project to be searched and filtered for, directly from the “Home” page. This would assist us as documents on the project can be easily found across all tools on ACC Build using the “Search and filter” box from the “Home” page. Show More

Currently, the “Assigned to Me” card on the Autodesk Home page only displays items from the Build module. Our team frequently reviews and approves items in the Cost module and having those Cost items appear in the same “Assigned to Me” view would be extremely valuable. In Cost approval workflows, items often move back and forth between the same reviewers. Email is the primary notification method, but with a high volume of daily emails, these notifications can easily be missed, leading to delays. While there is a “Reviews” card within the Cost module at the project level that allows users to filter by themselves as a reviewer, this requires navigating into each individual project to check for assigned items. This becomes inefficient when managing multiple projects simultaneously. Requested Enhancement: Provide a centralized, cross-project view where users can see all Cost items assigned to them, ideally by: Including Cost items in the Autodesk Home “Assigned to Me” card, or Creating a global dashboard or card accessible from Home that aggregates assigned Cost reviews across projects. Hello ACC team,    I suggest 'notifications summary field' on ACC profile or anywhere on project 'Home' page. So when you open ACC, there would be small red number showing total number of unread notifications. We would expand this field into bigger window where we can read all notification like in daily notifications email. There would be link to turn off all notifications or edit frequency of notifications. We could turn off email notifications and receive notifications in this summary only.  Show More
