I’d like to request a new feature for the ACC Project Home and Insight dashboards: a simple, admin-configurable "Shared Bookmarks" or "External Links" widget.
The Problem
Currently, "Bookmarks" in ACC are tied strictly to personal user profiles. If a project admin wants to share an external link with the entire project team, the only workaround is using a Partner Card. However, Partner Cards rely on embedding external sites via iFrames. This is highly problematic because modern ERP and accountancy systems enforce strict security policies (like X-Frame-Options or CSP) that actively block iFrame embedding. Furthermore, dedicating a massive dashboard tile just to iframe a single web page is an inefficient use of screen real estate when all we need is a simple hyperlink.
The Proposed Solution:
Provide a lightweight dashboard card that functions as a simple list of URLs.
Admin Configured: Project Admins can add a Display Name and an External URL to build a list.
Shared Visibility: The list of links is visible to all project members on that dashboard.
Permission Matrix: (Ideal state) The ability to restrict the visibility of specific links based on ACC Roles or Companies.
New Tab Routing: Clicking a link simply opens the destination in a new browser tab, bypassing any iFrame/whitelisting security hurdles.
Business Use Case:
This feature is essential for bridging the gap between ACC and external enterprise systems. For example, our company uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. I want to provide our project teams with a quick list of deep links directly on the ACC dashboard that point to the exact corresponding project within the ERP.
Specific links we need to share with the project team include:
The Main ERP Project Page
Open Bank Guarantees for the project
Active Service Orders
Project Invoices & Financials

Currently, project members have to leave ACC, open the ERP, and manually search for the corresponding project to find these details. A shared project link list would save significant time, reduce friction, and ensure everyone is looking at the correct operational data.
