Right now it's not possible to maintain custom attribes in the schedule in Forma. We alwys need to get back to the Scheduler and maintain the task data in P6/Primavera. In Hub Admin add Assets that can be managed and allocated to projects at a hub level.  Whether this be in the Library or in its own Hub Assets module.  Assets allocated to a project would not be available to allocate to another project unless relinquished from the first.  An example would plant assets - cranes, hoists, pumps etc - that are managed at a company level and need to be allocated to projects.  Certain key parameters would only be editable at hub admin level (name/description) and any custom parameters plus the item's sub-categories would become part of the project assets it is allocated to.  Assets that have been removed and reallocated to the pool or another project could become greyed out (read only) or allocated to another built-in category in order to maintain references. This would be a great way to manage company resources and reference against schedules, costs etc.  Global reporting on an asset would be much more powerful too. Show More

The schedule tool's impact root cause list is customizable from the Issues settings. This is useful, but for certain clients and project teams, only a specific set of schedule delay causes are desired. In these cases, the schedule delays causes are separate from other delay causes (i.e., quality, commissioning, safety). For these cases, it would be great to have one more level of customization on which issues module root causes can be toggled on for the schedule tool. Whether it's being able to de-select certain issue categories or to toggle individual type visibility, the schedule and issue types should be able to be managed separately.  Show More

We would definitely benefit from a reminder option in :  - Forms : to allow a GC to send a reminder for the superintendents making sure they fill out the daily logs and other daily inspections. Having a recurrent reminder sent out as a daily task is a tool that will enhance the end user daily work. Maybe the tool can be added to forms or to plans in schedule as a reminder to notify assignees of their next to do task.  - In submittals : having also a tool to send a reminder to the ball in court member if he has delays.    If this feature would help you too, a 👍 upvote would go a long way in getting the Autodesk development team’s attention! I would like to request an enhancement for the Forms tool in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Currently, we are unable to assign more than one assignee (e.g., Subcontractor + Main Contractor) to a single form section. As a workaround, I have created a new combined role. However, this approach requires manually assigning the new role to each individual user who should be included, which becomes a time-consuming and tedious process as the project progresses. It would be greatly beneficial if the system allowed multiple assignees to be selected for a single form section. This enhancement would streamline role management and reduce administrative workload, especially for large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders. Show More

Shared Parameter Bloat is an undesirable yet common occurrence in the Revit/AEC world. The addition of both the Shared Parameter Service (SPS) and Content Catalog (CC) within the same Collaborative Data Environment (ACC) creates the opportunity of an interactive relationship between  SPS & CC where there could be parameter management capability added to SPS to have the ability to slim down a bloated parameter library using behavioral intelligence harvesting to suggest and adjudicate parameters which may serve similar functions down to a smaller library. That same behavioral intelligence harvesting might then be able to work in conjunction with Revit Families in CC where that which is derived from SPS interrogation could extend into harvesting parameter functionality within each family automatically to then allow changes made in SPS could be adjudicated and modified into Revit Families automatically. I may have missed some procedural dependencies here but hopefully you get the spirit of the workflow and the benefit enjoyed. SPS could also be enhanced with ACC & Revit integration by allowing SPS Parameter Groups house project specific Shared Parameters (talking about when working on a multi-firm project where differing firms have differing Shared Param's) which could then speak to a specific project in ACC and then Revit integration could take advantage.
