Currently, identifying the Revit version of a project or file in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is not intuitive. Users often have to hover over icons, check the "Revit Cloud Model Upgrade" settings, or try opening the file to find out the version. I propose adding a dedicated, permanent column in the Files (Docs) tool that explicitly shows the Revit Version (e.g., 2024, 2025, 2026...) for all .RVT files. Benefits: Prevent accidental upgrades: Quickly identify if a file matches the team's working version before attempting to open it. Improved Project Management: Admins can audit large projects with multiple models at a glance to ensure version consistency. Currently, when uploading simple text files (.txt) to Autodesk Docs or Build, users are forced to download them to view the content. When an architect/engineer wants to review one or more sheets that are in a Revit model, and want to see the name of the sheet or wants to use the sheet as separate document, this is not possible. in the reviews you can only see the Revit file. for large projects with 10's of sheets this is a missing element. When members (non-admins) add references in Issues in Docs/Meeting Build, they do not see the folder structure, and the folder structure is presented differently than in Files in Docs. They only see the level to which they have access in alphabetical order.   It would be useful to display the structure using grey folders when adding references. Show More

Hello team, I would like to propose an additional enhancement related to usability and visual organization within Autodesk Construction Cloud. In current workflows, folder structures and content can become difficult to navigate, especially on large-scale projects with many stakeholders and extensive data. The interface remains quite uniform, which can make it harder to quickly identify key information. To improve readability and efficiency, I would suggest introducing more advanced visual customization options, such as: The ability to assign colors to folders or directories (similar to what is available in Microsoft Teams) Support for basic text formatting (bold, italic, possibly underline) in folder names, descriptions, or key fields The option to use different font styles or emphasis to highlight important content   These features would allow users to better structure and prioritize information, making navigation more intuitive and enabling faster identification of relevant content “at a glance.” From a user experience perspective, this would significantly enhance clarity in complex project environments and reduce time spent searching for information. Model Coordination Views that have Object Colors on, when then Saved to Docs will retain the Object Colors.   While this is great as an option to view the model/s with colours, it's not always wanted. Unfortunately, in Docs when viewing a 'Save to Docs' model that has colours, there is no way to toggle it off.   I suspect that due to the inconsistent nature of the Viewer across ACC, that not having an Object Color toggle is as-designed. e.g. What is the expected outcome if colours were disable and then enabled again. Should it adopt the colours from the Save to Docs process, or should it give the user the ability to define new colours for that viewing session?   I guess an Object Colors toggle button could be added to the toolbar, without having the typical second button for configuration? Make it possible to save and load the current display of the columns in the issues window in ACC Docs. In Revit you have several sheets, when a user wants to review then it is not possible. After selection and viewing the Revit file you can see the sheets, after reviewing them, you have only the review of the Revit file. In Revit you can export to PDF, but it is an additional step that should be avoided. it is not only the action but also checking if the correct names are used but also the place where to store.  It should be interesting that after a plush, you have also the sheets.  Show More

To improve usability, it would be beneficial if the project number could also appear alongside the project name when navigating within Docs (see attached screenshot for reference).   The project Name displayed in Desktop Connector is intentionally kept short and includes a unique ID number. Currently, when opening DWG files in Autodesk Docs / Viewer, the initial view depends on the last saved state or active layout tab in AutoCAD. This creates a recurring issue: A DWG contains both Model Space and Layout (Paper Space). If the Layout is not properly configured (e.g. incorrect viewport, scale, or missing setup), the Viewer displays an incorrect or unusable view. In many workflows (especially when reviewing files outside the authoring environment), this leads to confusion because: The Layout may appear empty or wrong Users assume the drawing is incorrect The actual Model Space content is not immediately visible Problem: The Viewer relies too heavily on the Layout configuration, which may not always be properly prepared before upload. Il serait judicieux que depuis la liste des "problèmes" (traduction française des "issues" sur ACC) nous puissions éditer les rapports PDF ou BCF en fonction des filtres et des tris que l'on a mis en oeuvre dans la liste. actuellement ça n'est pas le cas, on ne peut qu'éditer un rapport dont le tri se fait automatiquement selon l'ID du problème. hors ça n'est pas représentatif de besoins métiers. beaucoup d'entreprises utilisent le rapport PDF sur chantier, et il serait appréciable de pouvoir trier par entreprise ou par type de problèmes nos remarques chantier.
