We are using machines for projects that consume materials during production and have a storing capacity which we record as a warehouse location. (i.e. certain amount of material is moved to a machine from the shelf and we keep track of how much material is in each machine). It would be much easier if we could consume the materials from specific warehouse locations when entering the consumption on the tablet instead of having to go into the inventory movements each time and change the warehouse location from production to the warehouse location. It is an extra step that sometimes gets missed when we are busy and causes inventory numbers to be inaccurate.  Show More

It would be so helpful if, directly from the inventory, we could see how many units are available and how many are already allocated to specific jobs—without needing to go through material requirements, filter by dates, and all that extra effort. It’d also be great if we could see exactly where items are stored on the shop floor right in the inventory system. For example, if all the shelves are labeled, like AA1 or BB2, I could easily allocate specific inventory items to their exact locations. We do a lot of welding, and our welders prefer using printed drawings instead of tablets or other electronic devices, which can be susceptible to damage from weld sparks and similar shop-floor conditions. The goal of allowing PDFs to be printed from the tablet is to ensure that the drawings come from a controlled location via the product files that are managed by Fusion Operations administrators. This helps prevent incorrect or outdated drawing revisions from being printed from other locations within the facility. The current print icon button in the PDF viewer does not work. Show More

It would be a fantastic feature to have a dedicated section for logging Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) directly in the system. Workers could simply log in, describe the non-conformance for the specific job or operation they’re working on, and even upload pictures if needed. Once submitted, the production manager would get a notification to review the NCR, ensuring nothing gets missed. Plus, it would automatically keep all the NCR data organized and easy to access for future reference. Right now, we’re using a workaround suggested by the Fusion Operations team, but it’s a bit clunky—it takes extra steps and makes it harder to keep the NCR records neat and centralized. I would like to be able to print labels from the product menu rather than through inventory movements. We print labels for several reasons and they don't always stem from a movement or production record. I would like to check the sales orders that are due in the current quarter, and Fusion Operations doesn't provide me that option. At the moment, the options included such as "today", "last 7 days", and "last month" do not allow me to schedule this data. Just about every day, a worker makes a mistake when logging a production record in Fusion Operations. For example the start time or end time was wrong the operation was wrong the product was wrong the quantity was wrong they clicked the wrong button, a team operation messed things up the internet was out and they couldn't submit the information at the desired time Currently, when this happens, the worker has to come to management and they need to manually open the production record on the back end and fix it. I would like to propose a new feature that allows a worker to submit a "proposed correction". It could be an option when they are closing a production record, or there could also be a button on the tablet mode that says "Submit Correction". They would then see a list of their recent production records and they could click the one to correct.   Inside the module, they have access to propose changes to the fields in the production order and include any relevant notes.   Example: change end time from 8:00 pm to 5:00 pm (forgot to clock out when I left work)   The list of proposed changes would go into a queue that can be reviewed by management and they can click "Approve" or "Deny", adding notes. You could also set parameters to auto-accept certain types of changes if that were desired by the company. With the ever growing demands of our customer base, ITAR compliance has become a topic we need to address. We have worked well with fusion up to this point so im sure this question is on your radar as well. Does Fusion have any ETA on if or when you will be considering becoming ITAR compliant? To start doing work with OEM's and Primes, ITAR compliance is mandatory. Our maintenance team currently relies on images sent via WeChat chat in order to view the specific issues requiring maintenance. We cannot add images to maintenance requests,  images can only be added to the maintence orders after it has been approved and is waiting to be closed out by a supervisor. It would be add a lot of efficiency to our system if we were able to add and view images on maintenance requests itself without needing a secondary app for images.  Show More

Hi, at the worker screen production orders always have a blue background color. Only changes in the material master (Product settings) allows you to add some color to this visualization. It would be great to have an easy way to change the background color in order to visually prioritize orders. A Checkbox would be great to mark a production order as a high priority order. Show More

The alerts is a great feature, it could be made even better if we had more options available to us, such as, maintenance activity overdue/past due date, shelf life, purchase order receiving overdue etc.  Maybe if we could configure our own alerts? or just have more options available to us that would be very helpful. At the moment, we can only reference an object modeled in fusion 360 (components or an assembly) inside the work instructions. 2D drawings can't be referenced, which is a problem because we want workers to have access to the updated production drawing. Show More
