It would be great if we could add cycle time quantity breaks to operations.  Currently, there can only be one active cycle time per operation.  For example: Quantity: 1           Cycle Time/unit: 10 min   Quantity: 2-9       Cycle Time/unit: 8 min Quantity: 10+      Cycle Time/unit: 7 min This would create more accurate production time estimates, which benefits both work scheduling and post production analytics. When visualizing the capacity of workers and machines in the scheduling views, the values exclude holidays and other downtime records that are associated to the worker or machine. There's a visual indication on the worker and machine view, but not on the production order, product or operation views. Show More

As I use the scheduling by operation, I always see all operations regardless of their status (completed or not). This leads me to have too much data on the screen and increases the time I need to schedule them. As of today, the scheduling views are sorted by the Production Order start date or alphabetically, depending on the chosen view. I would like to have them sorted by end date instead, allowing me to look at the list of orders and easily see which ones are closer to their end date Show More

Hi I would like to have a filter on the scheduling to show only Production Orders that are active on tablet. As of now, all open orders show on the scheduling, but I'm not interested on planning the ones that are inactive, so those should not appear in the schedule. Show More

We use this tool, however the lack of filters previously reposted makes it difficult to use.   Something that could be improved would be the ability to move more than one operation at the same time.   Another situation is that in our case we have very short duration operations (only minutes) which makes the bars difficult to move, for us the time scheduling is not relevant, only the day on which it is carried out, so there should be the option to choose between a daily or a minute plan. For us, the important thing is to know the day and the workload of the respective day, we use scheduling by operation, worker and machine.   It was also important to obtain a report at the end of the day in which you could quickly identify what was pending so that you could schedule it again.   It was also important that when moving the mouse over the operations, the product parameters were visible, as this interferes with scheduling. We believe it would be highly beneficial if the software could generate all the purchase orders from the MRP section separated per supplier.  This functionality would streamline our procurement process and improve efficiency in managing supplier orders. Show More
