Schedule Improvement to include schedule by length

The honest gap. I found no field anywhere for bed capacity by length. Fusion Operations schedules by duration; you schedule by space on the bed. That's the thing I'd stress-test hardest.

Thanks for raising the idea, @Matt_Keck, so that other users can see it and upvote it. I agree this would be an important development to the scheduling module (we could either call it by length or by capacity).
