Our maintenance team currently relies on images sent via WeChat chat in order to view the specific issues requiring maintenance. We cannot add images to maintenance requests,  images can only be added to the maintence orders after it has been approved and is waiting to be closed out by a supervisor. On the Tablet main menu, in the worker screen, I log in, and a notification shows (highlighted in the screen shot), naturally, I tried to click it, so it would take me directly to the maintenance order so I could complete it. but that doesn't happen. I would like to have an email alert for this week's maintenance orders. The only available alert is for "Maintenance order request". In reports I can schedule reports for past dates, and I would like to have a way to be notified about the upcoming orders in my email instead of checking Fusion Operations maintenance orders page. - requested by North Spore Show More

Why I’m Suggesting This: Right now, a worker can only see maintenance orders for machines in the sections they’re assigned to. This makes it hard for someone like our Maintenance Manager, who is responsible for machines across many sections, to efficiently complete recurring MOs without constantly switching sections on the tablet. Current Problem: Our Maintenance Manager starts early in the morning and does about 22 recurring MOs a day across ~10 different sections. Each time, they have to “Join Section” for each area, do the maintenance, then switch to another section. If we remove them from all sections, they can see all work orders (including production), which we don’t want for security/clarity reasons. Idea for Improvement: Add a separate “Maintenance Orders” group that can be tied to machines, so a worker assigned to that group can see MOs for all linked machines without seeing unrelated work orders. Add an option in the tablet “Join Section” screen to join no section but still have the ability to view maintenance orders only (with permissions to restrict viewing unrelated orders). This would make it much easier for maintenance staff to manage work across multiple sections without compromising visibility restrictions for production work orders. Show More

can there be a Notes tab added under machine tab?  There are notes under most all other tabs but for quick references a notes tab would be very helpful.  This way people can put how many gallons of oil machine takes, types of oil, etc... Show More

Currently, on the maintenance order creation interface we have the option to select between preventive or corrective maintenance, we used these options to make the maintenance orders when a machine is down due to a malfunction, however, there are times that the machine have to be stop by other reasons related to the facility issues. Could we add a third option "Facility" to the types of maintenance?   This will allow us to track better the cause of failures and how they were addressed, therefore there will be an increase on the understanding of how the facility factors affect the machines performance and know if there is something relevant to be addressed or fixed.   Otherwise, as we are doing right now, we have to get deep into the reports to know the details of the maintenance orders, thus is causing us to spent a lot of time searching the causes of the maintenance orders therefore we have a big time consuming waste.     Show More
