1st, right now, we don't have the exact perform date of any particular maintenance order. we have due date, order date and all, but we don't have the date when the maintenance was performed actually.

2nd, we can submit report from tablet interface but its only image, no another format like PDF.

3rd, right now we don't have a place to record out next preventive maintenance date for every individual machine.

Regarding the 1st topic, the maintenance order has the due date for the maintenance order, and the perform date is captured on the maintenance record. When workers click "Maintenance Orders" on the mobile app the time starts counting, and we also capture when the record is finished. You can find more details in this article.

On the 2nd topic, can you share why you would like to add a PDF to the checklist, and what data that document contains? I'd like to know more.

On the 3rd topic, did you know you can set recurring orders that are created daily, or with any other frequency you define? I'd like to know more about why you need this as well.
