Maintenance Request

Please remove the necessity of approving a maintenance request before it appears in the tablet. This either creates and unnecessary step in our process by requiring our maintenance technician to approve the request before he can work on it in the tablet or creates inaccurate reporting because our maintenance technician approves and does the maintenance from his computer after he's already fixed the machine in real life.

We are reviewing the development of this enhancement in the product, along with this improvement which is also related to Fusion Operations maintenance order capabilities.

We've considered working on this idea however we won't be able to work on it in the immediate term. We'll move it again to the gathering support status again.
