Our maintenance team currently relies on images sent via WeChat chat in order to view the specific issues requiring maintenance. We cannot add images to maintenance requests, images can only be added to the maintence orders after it has been approved and is waiting to be closed out by a supervisor. It would be add a lot of efficiency to our system if we were able to add and view images on maintenance requests itself without needing a secondary app for images.
