The alerts is a great feature, it could be made even better if we had more options available to us, such as, maintenance activity overdue/past due date, shelf life, purchase order receiving overdue etc.  Maybe if we could configure our own alerts? or just have more options available to us that would be very helpful. When colleagues need to use certain substances or equipment, they must review the documentation beforehand. It would be beneficial if the system could send this information only to the selected staff instead of everyone. When a worker is clocked onto the job through the worker menu and then the production order is taken off tablet view is it possible that this is notified to people to say that they cant work in this job? We have had this issue come through our production process where a job had been put on hold after the production staff have been working on this for over an hour. Ideally it would be great for something to pop up on their screen when they clock out to say that this has been removed from tablet view and then make them ask the question to the production manager.  Show More

Fusion Operations has an alert for productivity above a dynamic value, allowing us to identify potential mistakes when workers collect data on the shop floor. However, we also have the opposite scenario: we would like to be notified when the productivity goes below a certain value, triggering an action from the production manager to understand the reason for it. We can see the 'cycle time/work time' while we are in the Worker screen, but once you insert production (say, for example, just to fill in some data of the components, not because the operation is done) you cannot see the cycle time/work time unless you get out of the production screen. In that case, you lose the data.   It would be really helpful being able to see the time whether you are in the worker screen or you inserted production. Another possibility is not losing the data, having the option of not just Cancel insert production but also EXIT (without losing data previously registered). Show More
