Quick Help Alert Button for Work Orders

It would be helpful to have a 'Need Help' or 'Alert' button on the tablet interface within Fusion. This would allow workers to quickly flag an issue or ask a question without having to leave their workstation or stop what they’re doing.

When pressed, this button would instantly send a notification or alert to the appropriate managers' or supervisors' dashboards or computers, letting them know that someone needs assistance on a specific work order.

Even though we have a chat feature, this would be faster and more direct—especially when someone needs quick help or runs into a problem they can’t solve on their own.

Hello @jimmya333 , thank you for your idea. It could also be a more generic functionality, applicable not only to when workers are inserting production, but also using other tablet buttons.

From your point of view, would having pinned workers or users in the chat function help, so that workers can reach someone on a quicker manner?
