It would be great if the Worker Print ID report could be customised to add company logo, additional information etc.   Being able to change the paper size would enable the print ID to be printed direct onto ID cards etc. Show More

It would be really helpful if we could store more than just PDF files in the Document Management section (under Quality). Right now, it only supports PDFs, but we often have files in different formats—like Excel or Word—that we’d like to keep for documentation purposes. It would make things so much easier if we could upload and manage those directly in Fusion Operations. Show More

Simple idea: after shipping some items on a sales order but not shipping complete, there should be an option to reprint that sales order afterwards showing what has shipped and what has not shipped. When a partial order is shipped it may be weeks before the rest of the order is ready. I give the packing slip with the sales order to the accounting person so that we can invoice for what has shipped. Then I would like to print a new sales order clearly showing what has shipped and what is still to ship.  Show More

We need the "Observations" field in sales orders to show up on packing slips. On a lot of our orders we do parts that are a one-time deal and do not want to add a new ""product" every time we do this so we use a product called "Custom Part" and define the product in observations. Not having the observations field show up on packing slips really negates a lot of useful information. Show More

Could a "View Only" option be added to specific roles? For example, some Back Office employees might need access to information in the Quality Document Management folders but they would only be allowed to view or download files and not add their own. Or someone could have a better view of purchase orders in the Back Office and can look at the information but not be allowed to change/delete anything. Show More
