When I print the documents for sales orders for my clients, the currency is not available. Therefore, I cannot indicate to clients if the order is set in dollars or any other currency. Simple idea: after shipping some items on a sales order but not shipping complete, there should be an option to reprint that sales order afterwards showing what has shipped and what has not shipped. When a partial order is shipped it may be weeks before the rest of the order is ready. I give the packing slip with the sales order to the accounting person so that we can invoice for what has shipped. As of today, the integration between Fusion Operations and Quickbooks Online pulls all the estimates, regardless of their status. This leads us to have sales orders in Fusion Operations that are not to be created, as those estimates have not been approved. We need to have a way for Users to ensure they input data correctly when creating a Sales Orders.  There are multiple ways to double check production but none to assist with the sales order, outside of parameters. It is imperative that the information is entered correctly on the first go round. We need the "Observations" field in sales orders to show up on packing slips. On a lot of our orders we do parts that are a one-time deal and do not want to add a new ""product" every time we do this so we use a product called "Custom Part" and define the product in observations. Not having the observations field show up on packing slips really negates a lot of useful information. Show More

It would be highly beneficial to have the option to add custom parameters' columns to the Excel file extracted from the Client Orders tab. For example, parameters such as Delivery Routes could be included as additional columns, allowing orders to be directly associated with logistical planning. This would facilitate better organization, enable more efficient delivery scheduling, and help prioritize the production of specific orders when necessary. Show More

Information associated with individual clients could be greatly expanded. Things like shipping preferences and payment terms could be assigned to the client and then have the sales order autofill from the selection of the client. If client 'X' prefers to ship using their Fedex account number, then that information would automatically be populated to the sales order from selecting that client. Sales Order reports could include a filter for Product Families. We usually batch our production based on a category of product. That saves time on redoing machine setups over and over.  Having a filter for the Sales Order report can help users find out product categories that are present on order. It can also help bring transparency on which category of products have been highest sold. Show More
