Information associated with individual clients could be greatly expanded. Things like shipping preferences and payment terms could be assigned to the client and then have the sales order autofill from the selection of the client. If client 'X' prefers to ship using their Fedex account number, then that information would automatically be populated to the sales order from selecting that client. It would also be helpful to just have a "notes" section for each client to store information.
