We have the option to add reason codes in "Insert Downtime", but we do not have that option in "Request Maintenance". I believe it makes to have that option for both.
I understand the need to enter this data, however I see this idea overlapping with this one, in which there's the suggestion to support images on maintenance requests. We have considered improving this module by having the possibility to associate a checklist to maintenance requests, in which workers are asked to take a photo, select a reason for the maintenance request (via a single select parameter), and any other field that would be relevant to the maintenance order to be created. What are your thoughts on this?
