after talking with the help desk, there currently is no way to run reports on your current "low" inventory items.  I know that emails are sent when inventory is low, but what happens when you miss them, or forget about it.  there needs to be a way you can do an audit based on low inventory leves, and compare it to your purchase orders.  I am very supprised this option is not available. The alerts is a great feature, it could be made even better if we had more options available to us, such as, maintenance activity overdue/past due date, shelf life, purchase order receiving overdue etc.  Maybe if we could configure our own alerts? or just have more options available to us that would be very helpful. I wanted to share an idea that could make searching in Fusion a little easier for day-to-day use. Right now the search seems to work best when everything is typed exactly right, including spelling and spacing. Sometimes if there’s a small typo, extra space, or if only part of a name is typed, the item doesn’t show up and it can take a bit longer to find what you’re looking for. It would be really helpful if the search could be a little more forgiving, similar to how many modern systems work, where close matches still appear even if the wording isn’t perfect. That kind of “fuzzy” search would save time, especially when looking up products, materials, work orders, or customers, and would make it easier for both new and experienced users to find things quickly without needing to remember the exact wording every time. On a purchase order, typically I need to enter the Tax and Shipping prices. The TOTAL COST field at the bottom of the purchase order shows the product(s) cost plus shipping cost. It does not include the Tax amount. However, when checking out on a website, the TOTAL COST is products + shipping + tax (see screenshot). I would like for Fusion Operations to add TAX into TOTAL COST, or at least have the option to do so. This way, I can compare the TOTAL COST from the website to the TOTAL COST of Fusion Operations Purchase Order to make sure the amounts have been correctly input. Thanks Show More

It would be a really handy feature if we could add taxes directly to the Purchase Order price. That way, we’d have a more accurate view of the actual cost of the PO. It would help us better understand the real expenses upfront instead of having to calculate it separately or guess later. It would be helpful for those who are more visual with product to be able to see a picture of the part rather than just the Part number.  I would suggest being able to create a label with a JPEG in the files showing the actual part.  most people know what they want but do not always remember the number associated with it. I would like to be able to print labels from the product menu rather than through inventory movements. We print labels for several reasons and they don't always stem from a movement or production record. If I am doing an inventory move in the tablet menu, and select multiple items, there is no option to remove once before pressing confirm. For example, if I accidentally added a product, and wanted to remove it from the inventory move, I would have to either cancel and start the process again. Or, press confirm, and edit it in the back office afterwards. Please can we have the option to remove a product from an inventory move if it is not meant to be there/selected by mistake? Show More

Since ISO 9001 requires us to maintain records of supplier performance, it would be really helpful to have a dedicated section in our system for evaluating suppliers from our supplier list. This could include key metrics like delivery times, quality of materials, and overall reliability. It’s something we need to do annually anyway, so having a simple, centralized way to track and document these evaluations would save time and keep us compliant. Plus, it could help us identify trends or areas for improvement with our suppliers over time. Show More

It would be helpful for analysis of maintenance orders to view information not currently included in the report.  The addition of columns for Description, Type, Priority, and Workers will provide a more complete view of maintenance activity in one report without having to retrieve information in different ways. Inventory movements used to include Shipping, Receiving, Consumption, and Produced, but now it’s only Shipping and Receiving. That change makes it harder to understand what actually happened when fixing inventory issues, because the extra movement types helped explain the cause and made the history clearer. Bringing all four options back would make corrections easier and keep our records more accurate. Show More

Currently, the Find Product page has very limited information. The stock quantity is shown but it is very small and the value is not labeled. Consider making the text bigger and adding a heading such as Production (Stock Quantity): 2. I have included a screenshot of the Find Products page as an example.   I also wish you could add more information to this screen such as list of "Products that Consume", item price/value, Recent Purchase orders with dates and quantities, recent inventory movements including receiving records with the person who received it. Our maintenance team currently relies on images sent via WeChat chat in order to view the specific issues requiring maintenance. We cannot add images to maintenance requests,  images can only be added to the maintence orders after it has been approved and is waiting to be closed out by a supervisor. It would be add a lot of efficiency to our system if we were able to add and view images on maintenance requests itself without needing a secondary app for images.  Show More
