Our process require a wet signature (not just the system approvals) I also do not link to any accounting software and need to have a easy to follow summary to use when cutting a check. It would be a nice feature to send scheduled issue summary reports to only those that are assigned an issue (within the report). This way a trade partner only gets a scheduled email report if there is an issue assigned to their name.    Bonus points if one issue summary report scheduled weekly could send out individualized reports to each issue assignee (only showing their issues and hiding the other issues not assigned to them).   This would help cut down the number of reports people receive as well as phase in and phase out trades who come and go on the project.  Show More

We've been exploring the reports feature, especially the Assigned Items by Company report which will email individualized punch list issues to all the assigned company members. But what we find awkward and frustrating is the need to download those reports before they can be viewed. Build will email you a pdf attachment for other processes, like Meeting minutes or completed Forms.  Can you do that with Reports? Or maybe you can make them so they first open in a browser as a pdf, which can then be downloaded. Either method would allow people to review the report much quicker than going through the downloading process. It's especially frustrating for field use when a subcontractor opens the email on a mobile device but can't review the report without downloading, which is especially difficult on a mobile phone. And if these changes are too difficult, then at least include a link to the Issues module of Build so they can review and process their issues efficiently directly on the software.  Show More

The possibility of sending a contract to a company that is not in our ACC environment is required, without having to register their email or without being invited to the project. This is useful when we want to send a material order to a supplier that does not use ACC, for example the concrete supplier, this company does not have Build licenses and does not need them if it is only going to receive its contract from Cost Management. It would be very helpful to be able to use the mobile app to upload pictures or notes to projects or even specific files. I can see on the Browser version for desktop that you can add pictures and upload notes, but that is completely missing from the mobile App.  Our goal is for our shop foreman/project leads to be able to upload pictures and notes regarding issues or changes directly to the project file without adding additional steps and log-ins.  Show More

The Cost Payment Application Invoice Number should not auto populate. It should be blank until the supplier fills in the number and should be editable until it is fully approved. We sync with sage and it can only be a certain number of digits, plus we have a format that we can only accept. Currently, we are unable to edit it once the supplier submits.  Show More

Problem statement & desired action/outcome: To be able to do takeoff on 3D object based on the detailed parameters. Lets say the same door type have beeen used, but a item parameter define the fire rating of the door. The user would then like to make a take-off for easy fire rating level and add the doors that fit that rating. Please have a look at what the Docs viewer does with the parameter breakdown. This would be a good start to filter the object based on the users own filters.  Current issue/challenges: As for now the only option is to mark a door and select the same type name. Unfortunately, it is not possible to click on the asset directly in the model for example to change the status from delivered into installed.
