It would be very helpful to have more editing and formatting options for ACC meeting PDF exports. At the moment, repeated footer text and system‑generated information cannot be adjusted or removed, which reduces the clarity of the documents. The IP that OpenSpace has developed and has now expanded with the OpenSpace Field suite is game changing to field management for contractors.  Our firm was ecstatic to hear of the ACC/OpenSpace integration that is now active and in it's early stages but still has some tweaks to be at it's best when "managed" through ACC/Forma.  Specifically, ACC/Forma issue reports for items created in OpenSpace need some love to provide the same aesthetic and functional use of being based around the geo-located picture exhibits that OpenSpace natively creates.    Additionally, please work with their team to allow direct transfer of sheets for project setup on OpenSpace and for the geo-located issues to be tied to locations on the plan sheets in Forma.   Please support the OpenSpace team and everything they are bringing to the table as their contributions are only going to bolster increased support for Forma as a whole.  It will be quite the package deal once it's all clicking and functioning as a fully integrated tech stack ideally should be.   Show More

We are currently using the Reviews feature within Forma Data Management. While the Reviews module allows limited filtering and manual export of review data, it lacks integration with the Reports module.   At present: There is no predefined report template for Reviews in the Reports module. There is no option to generate or schedule automated Review reports with configurable or required fields. Report scheduling is available only for other modules such as Issue Summary and Forms Summary, but not for Reviews. This limitation prevents us from generating standardized, scheduled Review reports, which impacts reporting consistency, automation, and downstream analysis. Show More

Pictures included in ACC reports can only be enlarged by clicking the link, which requires the user to log into ACC to view them at a larger size. It would be helpful to have the ability to click directly on the image within the report to enlarge it on screen and see more detail, rather than relying on the link. Show More

Currently can only filter by 10 locations in Reports. The scenario: Our Architect is snagging 15 rooms over say 3 floors. I know you can filter by floor, dates range and created by etc. But the architect wants to be able to see which rooms were captured on the cover page so they want to filter to be by Room Location only. I want to design and structure an Issue Report which looks for issues without assignees at a regular cadence. When I try to do that from scratch in Build --> Reports --> Templates, under the filter condition "Assigned To", the option "Unassigned" was unavailable for me to select, despite having that option available in Build --> Issues --> Filters --> Assigned To. As a workaround, I created a report manually from Build --> Issues, then proceed to Build --> Reports --> Reports log --> [recently generated report] --> Save as template --> Edit template, I can see the filter is present and active, but the parameters show an item selected with the body text being empty. Screenshot is attached for context.   Purpose:  Implementing this idea allows the convenient creation of Issue Report Templates, to be put on a fixed schedule which triggers in a regular cadence to look for unassigned Issues.   Current Workaround: Created an Issue report once manually with the desired filter settings, then go to Build --> Reports --> Edit Template --> Save Template --> Schedule Report to build the desired workflow & cadence. Our company would like a way to add custom fields to the project level data (meta data). This would support project assignments and tracking through various stages. Our business as a manufacturing facility, we manage hundreds of projects at any given time. We assign key project roles that are not easily identifiable with project membership or membership roles.  Something similar to the custom fields capability in the RFI or Submittal templates with the same capability. As a company, we run a large number of relatively small projects.  Insight builder is a great start down that path for us.  Where are coming into challenges is that we cannot use more that one dataset in the same visualization.  An example:  We want a data quality report that shows all the projects that DO NOT have a schedule created yet.  The admin-projects data set contains all projects, but doesn't have the schedules.  The schedules data set only include the projects for which there is already a schedule.  As a result, there is no way to report projects without schedules.     If we could join any two data sets using project ID, the tool would be vastly more powerful, and a report like this would be easy to generate Show More

After close & distribute of Submittal: when you export report to create coversheet - you do not get the option to exclude workflow pages. My client does not need to see the internal review team process, only final answers/attachments. I have to manually delete these after every report is created before sending out. Can this information be optional feature to include in report? Show More

It would be useful to have the option to enable the GPS location field when exporting a “Issue Details” report. This would allow the PDF report to include the GPS coordinates, as well as a satellite map thumbnail showing the exact location of the issue. Show More

When downloading reports system always adds date to any report name which will need to be manually removed later. It doesn't happen when report is automatically saved to files. Adding a date defeats the whole purpose of a custom name. Show More

It would be very helpful if Issues could be sorted by Assigned To. Currently this is not an option. In the Reports tool there is not a template that will allow sorting by Assigned To that also included photos. The Issues Detail template in Reports includes photos, but there is not an option to sort by Assigned To.  Ideally, sorting in the Issues tool is preferred. If that is not an option, then sorting by Assigned To in the Issues Detail template in Reports would work too.  Show More

There are several options for how to export reports, but there does not appear to be a way to customize this. The beta issues on sheets for example is great but custom fields we've added such as location details, or responsible party are hidden when we export the report. Is there a way we can toggle fields on/off fields to include in the PDF export, and save export settings / set defaults so that others can easily export with the same settings?  Show More

Even we set up reports to print one photo per row the resolution of the photos that displays is of poor quality, forcing users to click on the link to the photo in Autodesk Build where they can get a high resolution photo. We would like to see the image in the printed report improved. Show More

I would like to see the ability to export the issue report in pdf and excel on the issues that were created in the review. There is no efficient work around to do this, and needs an "export issue" button from the review that only exports those created in that review. Is anyone else having the same issues??? Show More

In the Project Reports section, it would be helpful to be able to drill down or generate a list/report of the subset of bidders that are found when using a segment filter. The only option appears to be to print the entire Bidder List to Excel and then manually filter there. Show More

Would like to run a report for an entire category of Issues without having to select each type underneath it. We sometimes have 100+ types under one category. Selecting them all is very tedious. We can save the selection with all of them to a template, but it would be great to just have the option to select category instead. Show More
