When adding an elevation view of a curtain panel (door/window/etc), there should be an option to adjust the height and length of the component, not just "Host Length".  This way we can show doors as the correct size, such as 3'-0" x 8'-0" or 6'-0" x 9'-0".  We now have to draw this type of door on the legend because we cannot make it look correct.  This can introduce errors if the door family were to change. Why is it, that within Revit, we can easily click on references and we jump to that view, but then when we print to PDF those links are all lost?  A PDF should retain those links so that navigating the PDF set of drawings is just as easy.  Currently we have to redo these links with 3rd party products like Bluebeam. There is a possibility in Revit of manual playback of journal's files, which I using to manage libraries, etc. This is a very powerful tool for automating a many of processes and which only requires the ability to Record, Pause, Play in the UI and... official support). Also can implement a window to display in real time the contents of the journal as like in command line of AutoCAD.   Below you can watch several short videos about it. I will be grateful for voting, thanks!   Show More

Revit does not officially support Geforce cards, but they are a much better value than Quadro cards. The result is that architecture firms spend a lot of money on useless and slow Quadro graphic cards.     Please stop misleading customers to buy Quadro cards. This results in very slow models for offices that are spending a lot of money on useless cards. There is no reason to get Quadro cards for Revit, it is an impediment to performance, productivity and budgets.   The more people use Geforece cards, the better and more productive the Revit world will be. Hi, As i know there is no such feature. But it would be useful especially for some large scaled projects which has large gallery voids. Using room seperator is not practical enough since i have to allign them everytime i update railings. (Locking room seperators to railings may be a solution but it may couse some other problems) It would be great if there was a feature in railings edit type menu which will give the option to add room boundry for desired element of railings. I hope autodesk team will consider this for the new versions. Thanks. Show More
