Currently, once a Non-member contact is created in Forma / Autodesk Construction Cloud correspondence, there is no option to edit, remove, hide, deactivate, or archive the entry. This becomes an issue not only when incorrect information is keyed in, but also when the original recipient is no longer involved in the project, or when the person is still within the company but should no longer be selected for that specific project correspondence. Because the old Non-member entry remains visible and selectable, users who are not aware of the change may continue selecting the outdated recipient. This can lead to confusion, incorrect communication, and correspondence being sent to the wrong or no longer relevant person. Suggested Improvement Please allow Project Admins to manage Non-member contacts by providing options such as: Edit Non-member contact information Hide or archive obsolete Non-member contacts Deactivate contacts that should no longer be selected Remove duplicated or incorrect Non-member entries Restrict outdated Non-members from being selected in new correspondence
