There is no way to disable or configure email notifications that are sent out when a new project is created or a new member is invited. These are system-level messages that get sent automatically to (all) relevant users, regardless of individual notification settings — meaning admins have no control over whether these emails go out. At scale (200+ projects/year), this results in a high volume of unwanted or redundant notification emails that users cannot opt out of, cluttering inboxes and reducing the value of notifications overall. There is no standard mechanism in ACC to define an order or dependency between forms. For example, review flow A should only be able to start once forms A, B, and C have been completed — but ACC has no native gating mechanism between separate forms. The "In Review" workflow step only functions within a single form's own internal workflow; it cannot check or enforce the completion status of other, separate forms. This makes it difficult to build multi-stage inspection or handover processes where later steps genuinely depend on earlier ones being finished, without manual tracking or checking outside the platform. Smart PDF forms in ACC don't support dynamic fields — the structure is fixed at creation and can't expand during use in the field. Native ACC Forms (Template Builder) have a character/word limit per field, which prevents users from entering the full amount of text needed for certain inspection or documentation entries. This becomes a real problem in workflows where the number of repeating items (e.g., equipment entries, inspection points) varies per project and can't be predicted in advance. Currently, the only way to add extra rows/fields is via the API, which isn't practical for field users filling out forms on-site. Requested improvement: an option to duplicate a field or row directly within the form while filling it in (both in Smart PDFs and Native Forms), so users can add entries on demand without hitting a fixed field limit or needing developer/API involvement. When reviewing PDFs in Forma Data Management, some of the markups are often placed outside the drawing itself but still within the available canvas. This is useful for comments, coordination notes, clarifications, and review instructions that may not belong directly on top of the drawing. Currently, when exporting a PDF with markups, only markups placed on the drawing area are included. Markups outside the drawing area are not exported, which creates a risk that important information may be lost when sharing the exported PDF with project stakeholders. Suggested improvement When exporting a PDF with markups, include all visible markups on the PDF sheet/canvas, regardless of whether they are placed directly on the drawing area. This would help ensure exported PDFs accurately reflect the review state in Forma Data Management and reduce the risk of missing important comments or instructions. Show More

We need the ability to expand the column width of "Form Name" to be able to see the full name of the forms. Currently this cannot be adjusted and you're only able to see the first 15 or so characters of the form name. We have a lot of different types of checklists and they could start with the same characters which the team will add details to at the end; but with the current inability to adjust the column, the team cannot see these additional details.   Add issue reference has the ability to adjust its title column. When using the file reference picker, the only data available is the folder location and file name. This becomes an issue when referencing multiple files from multiple folders. Users need to remember the file names for every file in order to avoid multiple instances of opening the reference picker. We would like to request the ability to export individual Payment Applications in Autodesk Construction Cloud Cost Management as a professionally formatted report (PDF and/or Excel). Currently, Payment Applications can only be viewed within ACC, and there is no native option to generate a presentation-ready report for sharing with clients, consultants, finance teams, or auditors. As a result, users must manually recreate the information in external documents, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of inconsistencies. At the moment, Issues created under the Files module are not automatically transferred or synchronized to Sheets in Autodesk Forma Build. The two modules maintain separate issue contexts. If issue tracking is required on Sheets, the issues need to be created directly from the Sheets module. We would like to request that this be considered as a product enhancement.
