There should be a way to send a notification to nudge late items in the program. The assigned to me is an excellent feature on the main page of the project but it is easily overlooked. We need a way inside Autodesk BUILD to "remind" the responsible party an item has been waiting weeks to be completed. We need the ability to configure conditional custom attributes within the following Cost Management areas: Payment Applications Contracts Variations / Change Orders For example, when a user selects a specific value in one custom attribute, a second related custom attribute should automatically appear. Example: If Custom Attribute 1 = “Yes”, then Custom Attribute 2 becomes visible and required. If Custom Attribute 1 = “No”, then Custom Attribute 2 remains hidden. This conditional logic would help simplify the user interface, avoid displaying unnecessary fields, and ensure users only provide information that is relevant to their selected option. It would also be beneficial if the conditional logic could support rules such as: Show / Hide field, Make field Required / Optional, and potentially Enable / Disable field based on the value selected in another custom attribute. We would like to request an enhancement to ACC to allow the export of Correspondence and Schedule data into Excel/CSV format. Our project contains a large number of schedules, registers, and related correspondence that need to be consolidated and analysed alongside other project data. Currently, there is no efficient way to export this information into a structured format for further processing. The ability to export correspondence and schedule records would provide the following benefits: Consolidate information from multiple schedules and sources. Link and combine exported data with other project spreadsheets and reporting tools. Reduce manual copy-paste activities and associated errors. Improve reporting, analysis, and data management efficiency. Support project controls, commercial management, and contract administration activities. Given the volume of project data and the need for integration with existing Excel-based workflows, this functionality would significantly improve productivity and data accuracy. This disrupts navigation and makes it harder for users who prefer continuous scrolling, especially when reviewing large sets of Submittals or PDFs. When working in Revit with both absolute and relative elevations, users can choose whether elevation tags reference the Project Base Point or the Survey Point. This selection is available when placing elevation dimensions and provides flexibility depending on the planning requirements. This functionality is currently not available in Autodesk Forma / ACC. Elevations are always measured and displayed relative to the Survey Point. This is impractical, as building design is generally carried out using relative elevations based on the Project Base Point rather than absolute elevations. It would therefore be highly beneficial to provide users with the option to switch the elevation reference between the Project Base Point and the Survey Point when displaying elevation values. Introduce a more flexible permission configuration that allows Project Admins to assign individual permissions to specific users, roles, or companies. Instead of being restricted to the existing predefined permission levels (e.g., View, Create, Edit, and Manage), Project Admins should be able to independently select or deselect permissions such as View, Download, Edit, Delete, and Upload according to the requirements of each user, role, or company. When ACC sends the "Daily Summary" emails, the subject line does not include the project name. For users working across multiple projects on ACC, this makes it difficult to quickly identify which project an email relates to, prioritise incoming notifications, and organise emails using inbox rules or folders. While some customers prefer manual control, others would benefit from automatic sequential numbering. Users sometimes manually change the due date of an RFI when they aren't supposed to, and we need to manually reset them to the correct length. However, we cannot change this date into one in the past. For the record, we need all RFIs to have the allocated length, and reset any and all that were tampered with. Add the ability to search across multiple projects simultaneously. Our workflow routinely includes searching for files across many legacy projects saved in Vault. We have to have this capability for doing research and currently we can't search for Forma content outside of a single project, and not at all in projects to which we haven't specifically been added. For this to work we need an interface that allows searching in multiple Forma sites at once, and a means for certain organizational roles to be added with Read access by default to all projects for a specific client. Desktop Connector searches are limited to the projects that are actively loaded, and there's no way we could keep 200+ projects per client active in that environment just for searching. Show More
