We would like to request an enhancement to ACC to allow the export of Correspondence and Schedule data into Excel/CSV format.
Our project contains a large number of schedules, registers, and related correspondence that need to be consolidated and analysed alongside other project data. Currently, there is no efficient way to export this information into a structured format for further processing.
The ability to export correspondence and schedule records would provide the following benefits:
- Consolidate information from multiple schedules and sources.
- Link and combine exported data with other project spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Reduce manual copy-paste activities and associated errors.
- Improve reporting, analysis, and data management efficiency.
- Support project controls, commercial management, and contract administration activities.
Given the volume of project data and the need for integration with existing Excel-based workflows, this functionality would significantly improve productivity and data accuracy.
Could this enhancement be considered for a future ACC release, or is there an alternative solution currently available that provides similar functionality?
