It is incredibly easy to move around Tasks and SubTasks in Plan. The idea is to have users come in and update their progress, add references, etc, but not drag items around.

The current plan feature that was added to the autodesk schedule platform is a solid idea on its face. However, without the ability to export this as a PDF that is printable or shareable it makes this feature redundant as there is no way to share it with the people who need to know (site staff). If a PDF export was made this would make this feature usable and allow companies to utilize it.

I use the CSV export from the workplan/task to load into Power BI. I am exporting to the same place and file name every time so having the option to remember these settings would be awesome.

From an end-user experience perspective, the workplan feature isn't usable in its current state, because an individual team member has no way of knowing what their upcoming assignments are, without navigating to schedule in each project they are assigned to. Until the idea here is implemented: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/acc-ideas/adding-assigned-workplan-tasks-in-the-home-quot-assigned-to-me/idi-p/13821901 At least allow us to access workplan task information via data connection, so that we can build our own "Assigned to Me" pages.

If I create a "Meeting" task to Work plan, that should create a Meeting item or the other way around. Nowadays we have "Meetings" in work plan but then we also have meeting items and those are not connected. This is especially important in the design phase.

Can you apply the workflow format to ISSUES / punchlist items? For example - I have drywall that needs to be patched/repaired. I create the issue and assign it to my drywall contractor. Once he completes it, I need the same repair/location to now be addressed by the painter as soon as the work becomes available. Currently, that mean creating/managing multiple issues. It would be ideal to have the flexibility to preset the steps and assign 1 issue to multiple contractors. ie. ISSUE - Patch/Tape/Sand/Paint Wall - 4 Days Drywaller - 2 Days (Patch, Tape, Sand) Painter - 1 Day - (Touch Up Paint) GC - 1 Day - Review/Confirm Completion/ Close
