Email notifications generated by the "Issues" tool direct users to the "Docs" module instead of the "Build" module. This creates confusion for members, because the Docs view hides familiar Build tools in the left sidebar. The requested change is for email links to open directly in "Build" so users land in the correct module.  Show More

When I create a Data Exchange on the cloud and save it in a separate folder, I should receive an email notification if I have subscribed to this folder.   It would even be more practical if Revit checked for updates when opening a project with a linked Data Exchange and reported this accordingly. One feature I’d really like to see (maybe it’s already in development) is a daily AI-generated audio briefing. Something in the style of a 20–30-minute podcast I can listen to on my commute. It would pull from the daily reports across all our active projects and give me a clear rundown of what happened yesterday: progress, issues, anything that needs attention. I know dashboards and Power BI are out there, but I don’t use those—I need something I can absorb passively while driving. If it could flag problems and summarize key developments in a natural, narrative format, that would be a game-changer for staying ahead without having to dig through reports or dashboards. Show More

There should be notifications, that could be toggled off/on, for when subcontractors do any of the following: 1. View a bid package for the first time (helpful to know that it was received and that they are considering the project) 2. Invite other team members from their company to a bid package (helpful to know who the new people involved from their company are) 3. Hello, I have attached two screenshots of the email invitation differences. The screenshot just below shows an invite that states "join project". When I click on that, the link takes me to the members page and I have to navigate to the actual project documents in Build.        This screenshot shows the email invite "go to your project". That link took me directly to the project dashboard in Build where all my project documents could easily be found. PLEASE help me figure out what settings allow THIS "GO TO YOUR PROJECT" link to be sent for ease of access and navigation to the project in build.    Show More

Description: When reviewing a form, there is currently no option to include a comment when sending it back to the editor. This lack of functionality makes it difficult to communicate why the form is being returned, often requiring a phone call or in-person meeting to explain the issues. We've noticed that we often receive bids from general contractors located across the country. While we understand that this is how the platform is designed, our experience over the years has shown that working with GCs outside of the New England area tends to be less successful for several reasons. One of the biggest challenges is during the final billing stage—these companies are often no longer actively engaged with the project and typically lack a local presence or office we can contact. This makes collections difficult and, in cases where legal action becomes necessary, it turns into a logistical nightmare trying to pursue claims against out-of-state entities. Ideally, we’d like the ability to filter or select the geographic regions where we’re open to receiving bids—similar to how service areas are set when initially setting up an account on Building Connected. Whether by choosing specific states or mapping out preferred regions, this feature would help us focus on building relationships with contractors who are more aligned with our area of operation and who can better support the project through closeout. For Autodesk ACC, please implement a tool that can send out an email notice of changes to Copy/Monitored elements, directly to the designated BIM Managers.   The BIM Manager often has no need to open the Revit project files, so that person does not get notified that a Coordination Review is necessary.   Getting a notice from ACC will allow the BIM person to fix problems so they don't accumulate.   Thank you Show More
