When you create an Main Contract, you have to manually enter in the code.  The request is to make this an Autofill number based on setting parameters. Similar to Number Format setting in the Cost tab of the settings module. For example: {First 5 digits of the Project Number}   The Main Contract Number already populates on the Pay Application - this is wonderful. There are times when the Pay app is a retainage pay app then the number needs to be updated. The request is to make the autofill Pay app number that already exist to have adjustable parameters that can be configured in the settings similar to Number Format setting in the Cost tab of the settings module. We create “empty” coordination models in Revit (all discipline models are linked) and do not use the Model Coordination module, as we work with different levels than those used in the individual discipline models. Additionally, these coordination models include 2D floor plans, which we also use in the Forma Viewer to display within the 3D model. To make effective use of automated publishing via Design Collaboration, this “empty” coordination model must contain a change in order to actually be published at the scheduled time. This change currently has to be made manually every time (open the Revit model, synchronize, close the model). We would like to have a setting that allows the model to be published automatically whenever there are changes in the linked cloud models. This would save us a significant amount of time in organization and daily work. Show More

Add a field for Discipline on the Members page. There are a growing number of companies that offer varied services. One consultant company offers Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing services. If each discipline has a PM, project lead and a production person that comes out to be 9 people for one company and no way to differentiate, which consultant is associated with which discipline. This is an issue on large projects in CA that have RFIs and submittals that need to be turned around quickly; and having the ability to refer to the Members page or the by Sub-name text for discipline would save time. It would would be great to have a feature where dates are calculated based on the material delivery date to help track submittals and scope/subcontract buyout for the team. Custom fields was just added where we can enter dates manually. It would be great to have automatic calculations based on the various lead times so the team can track when submittals need to be released to start, submission to manager (general contractor), submission to reviewer (owner/architect/engineer), approval date, and delivery date.   For example, based on the construction schedule, a RTU needs to be delivered to the jobsite by 10/1/2026 and has a lead time of 16 weeks. Submittal prep is 2 weeks and standard architect review time is 14 days with GC review 3 days.   Based on this information, the calculated dates would be: - Delivery date of RTU => 10/1/2026 - Submittal Approval and Release Equipment for Fab => 6/11/2026 - Submit to Reviewers for Approval => 5/28/2026 - Submitted to Manager for Review => 5/25/2026 - Release Submittals => 5/11/2026   This would otherwise by managed in a separate excel spreadsheet and would be nice to consolidate. in our previous software package (Procore) as admins when we added subcontractors to the project - it included all of the contact informtation including cell numbers and main office numbers - it was part of the job directory.   THIS INFORMATION IS CRITICAL for our site supers and project managers to be able to quickly access contacts while in the field.  Can you please update the admin permissions to be able to add phone numbers to members.   Actually I think its a stretch to ask members to add it themselves.  Show More

Hi,   I am creating folders and sub-folders within files section on ACC. A lot of the sub-folders are the same. To my frustrating i cant copy and paste these folders, i have to manual create them over and over again.    I think its a simple function that will greatly improve your platform. The current transmittal's function and Excel output is unusable due to the lack of customization. A document transmittal needs to be a frozen PDF containing all company, project information and drawing package/ revisions, that can be sent to consultants, builders etc. This is a legal document that will form part of construction tender packages. The ability to add and customize prior to export is not currently available and it's not efficient to update the Excel file after every download prior to issuing documentation. My suggestion would be able to include company information or header on each page and some control to the graphic output so the export could either come through directly as a PDF or could be PDF'd directly from the Excel file download.   Show More

When issuing contracts, the Scope of Work field is too limited in: 1. It's outline capability.  We need more than just 1, 2, 3, etc.  We often push out in the outline to subcategories. 2. It's format capability.  If we cut and paste from a trade partner quote, the font on the contract is HUGE.  A format painter option would be gold.     As much as I love the cost management feature, this has made our contracts look somewhat jenky.  Currently, you have to open the doc, click EDIT, make the changes, close, wait for the document to update, then re-merge the Document Package to correct something that Microsoft has done for decades.  The only other option is to re-type the whole thing so the native formatting looks correct.   Show More

We would like the ability for an authorized administrator to preview the product experience as another user, role, company, or permission profile. The goal is to make it easier to understand exactly what a selected participant can see and do in the product. This would help teams validate access settings, confirm permissions before inviting users, troubleshoot visibility issues, and support onboarding or training. Today, the workaround is to manually create a test user, assign that user to a project, configure permissions, and then log in separately to verify the experience. While this can work for occasional testing, it is cumbersome and inefficient for regular administration, training, or support. Ideally, an admin could select a user, role, company, or permission profile and choose an option such as “Preview as this user” or “View access as role/company.” This preview could show either the actual UI experience available to that participant or a clear representation of accessible modules, folders, permissions, and available actions. This feature would help teams: Validate permissions and access before users begin work Understand the experience of different project participants Reduce security and authorization risk Support onboarding and training Troubleshoot permission or visibility issues faster Avoid creating and maintaining temporary test users A dashboard or report showing access levels by user, role, company, module, or folder works as a useful partial workaround right now. We are very happy that the new albums feature is now publicly released but unfortunately since it only is supported in projects created after March 24 2026, some of the project which were created just before this date and we still would very much like them to benefit from this feature, are missing out. Suggesting to add navigation arrows to the bottom of the images added to forms (daily reports) as references like they appear on images added to a form as an attachment.  Pictures added as references must be closed and open the next photo to navigate as the left/right arrows don't appear on references.  I've attached two screenshots as an example of what is seen on a photo attachment vs a photo reference. Currently, if a user with a Build license creates and send a link to a folder that is accessible to other users with a Data Management license, the URL contains "build" in the link and when the Data Management user clicks on the link, they are notified that they do have a Build license.   The Data Management user does have access to the same folder location.  The main pain point is trying to figure out where the folder is in Data Management, as this is the only information that gets provided to the Data Management user: There is no way to know what folder that link goes to.   This causes efficiency loss and it would be incredibly helpful if the system could detect the Data Management user license level and redirect them to correct folder location.   Show More

Our company has a list of suggestions to enhance meetings. Some of these are are redundant to other suggestions, but some I do not see elsewhere.  1. Similar to other modules, add an export to excel function  2. Similar to other modules, the item list should function more like an true data table: search, filter, group, sort by all fields (currently topic & meeting type are static) 3. Similar to other modules, custom item fields that can be added to templates, meetings  4. More streamlined navigation similar to other products on the market (loop, planner, word etc.): Hard return should advance to the next item or create a new item below. Shift+return would add another line to the highlighted item etc..  5. inserting things like tables and images inline the items.  6. saved searches, filters and views in the items list.  Show More
