I would like to submit an enhancement request related to the Sheets tool in Autodesk Construction Cloud. Currently, the Sheets tool provides filter options such as Version Set, Discipline, and Tag. It would be very helpful to have an additional filter option based on Issue Assignee (“Assigned To”), where the filter can retrieve assignee information from Issues linked to the sheets. Current Workflow Challenge Subcontractors often use ACC on iPads during site operations. Their main requirement is to quickly identify the sheets that contain defects assigned to them. However: All subcontractors can currently view all sheets in the project. The existing Sheets permission setting is applied globally to the entire sheet set. Subcontractors must manually open and check sheets one by one to determine whether there are issues assigned to them. This becomes inefficient and time-consuming, especially for large projects with many sheets and issues. Proposed Enhancement Allow users to filter sheets by the Issue Assignee so that each subcontractor can easily view only the sheets containing issues assigned to their account. Alternative Suggestion If filtering by issue assignee is not technically feasible, another useful enhancement would be a sheet visibility or permission option that limits subcontractors to viewing only sheets associated with issues assigned to them. Expected Benefit This enhancement would improve usability for site teams, reduce the time spent searching for relevant sheets, and streamline the defect management workflow for subcontractors using ACC on mobile devices. It is not a blocker for using ACC, but it would significantly improve the efficiency of daily site operations. Show More

When uploading a Revit model to Forma for Model Coordination, the unit type appears in "feet," which Autodesk's development team attributes to the internal unit of Revit file being in "feet." However, the metric system is the international standard not only in Japan but also throughout much of Europe. Only the United States, Myanmar, and Liberia use the imperial system. Given that Revit is sold globally, I question whether maintaining "feet" as the internal unit is truly appropriate. This limitation becomes particularly evident when viewing IFC files in the same workspace, as Model Coordination correctly reads IFC files in metric units. So, I respectfully request that when uploading Revit files to Model Coordination, the display unit be automatically converted to and presented in metric units to align with international standards. Problem Asset permissions in Autodesk Forma can currently only be configured globally for all asset categories. This often grants users more access than required. Hello, is there currently a way in Autodesk Forma / ACC to hide empty folders or visually highlight folders that contain files? In larger projects, it would be much easier to navigate if empty folders could be hidden or if populated folders were marked somehow, for example with a different color or icon. It would be good to have the ability to create a copy of a folder in FILES Data Management or Build and carry over the permissions applied to the parent AND children folders within the copying folder.   The target would be the same project, but the ability to not have to rework permissions, roles, companies etc would be valuable to sustaining a template structure that can be built-out if the project calls for it.   Having the "move" function with no "copy" function is a barrier to having a robust template in our org, and using desktop connector does not have the function of keeping permissions in place unless the copy is placed in a parent folder, but then permissions are again inherited at the highest level, meaning rework for admins.   We spend a lot of time reworking our templates for project teams to be able to do a wide variety of projects in our org, copy seems like something that should be a basic function on the folder level.
