Right now it's not possible to maintain custom attribes in the schedule in Forma. We alwys need to get back to the Scheduler and maintain the task data in P6/Primavera. Would be very good to be able (like with Revit Attributes in Model Coordination Space) to be able to maintain additional attribute out of Froma, without the need to have P6 installed.  Show More

Description: When publishing a Revit Cloud model, 3D and 2D views are generated for the Forma Viewer, along with a Revit file that can be downloaded via Forma Data Management. Currently, the selected publishing settings are not reflected in the exported Revit file. Expected Behavior: Publishing settings should be directly applied to the generated Revit file: Publish without links → exported Revit file contains no link paths Publish selected views only → exported Revit file contains only those views Additional feature: Ability to automatically remove unused properties (parameters) to further clean and reduce the file Current Behavior / Issue: Exported Revit files still contain links (including missing link warnings when opening the file) Unnecessary working views remain in the model No simple way to automatically clean up data Cleanup must currently be done manually, which is especially cumbersome with Cloud models: Creating an editable copy of a Revit Cloud model is not possible in Forma The file must be downloaded and cleaned locally instead Additionally, processes must ensure that this locally cleaned version is not uploaded back into Forma, as it would no longer be linkable as a Cloud model (external resource) Business Impact: We regularly need to deliver cleaned Revit files to our client throughout the project lifecycle. “Cleaned” means: No missing links No internal working views Reduced and well-structured properties At present, this process is time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to manage. The name of a particular site is not shown beyond the site landing page. When I start looking at the files the site name should be visible in a banner. I frequently look at several different sites that all use very similar features and equipment, so it can easily get confusing which site I am looking at and I have to back out of the file to see, then back in the file  Show More

In BIM 360 FIELD under tasks yo can create actual calendar meetings and invite team members, Architects, Inspectors etc. It is a good visual to see what is happening for the day/ week and and it is nice to link the inspection/ checklist forms to those meetings.  See attached.  Show More

Would it be possible to have issues related to issues? or Muli-Step issues? We would like the ability to have one issue get used to manage mulitiple steps to a problem- ex for Drywall damage we  could have an issue assigned to the drywaller, and once their scope of work is complete have it get assigned to the painter so they could re-paint the area.  Show More

The Content Catalog is a great feature that helps us organize and load families from specific catalogs. However, there’s one area that would significantly improve our workflow. Since the families are already stored in a repository and all their parameters are visible, it would be extremely valuable to allow users to edit these parameters directly within the Content Catalog. For our team, the ability to quickly view and modify family properties - without open each of them change, save and copy to CC - would save a lot of time and streamline our updates process.  Autodesk Build – RFI Numbers allowed in Autodesk Build are not long enough to ensure compliance with ISO 19650 numbering requirements We are using Autodesk Build on ISO 19650-compliant projects and have run into a limitation with the RFI Number field. Under ISO 19650, we are required to use structured, standardised container IDs (for example: ABB-EXX-KIZ-ALL-ZZZ-RFI-0000). The current RFI Number field in Autodesk Build does not allow enough characters to store the full ISO 19650-compliant ID. Why this matters • We need to align RFI identifiers with our CDE and document control processes. • Incomplete IDs make it harder to trace RFIs back to documents/models and to maintain a clear audit trail. • This creates a compliance risk on projects where ISO 19650 is a contractual requirement. Requested enhancement The following would solve the issue: 1. Increase the character limit on the RFI Number field so a full ISO 19650 container ID can be stored; and/or This change would help all customers delivering ISO 19650 projects and improve traceability and compliance in Autodesk Build. Key components could include: Model and CAD File Validation: Automatically check units, required language, naming conventions, and other standard attributes. Specification and Asset Mapping Checks: Validate specification uploads and ensure assets are correctly mapped. Change‑Triggered Asset Remapping Alerts: If a model changes in a way that affects asset mapping, the system should notify users that remapping is required. Il serait judicieux que depuis la liste des "problèmes" (traduction française des "issues" sur ACC) nous puissions éditer les rapports PDF ou BCF en fonction des filtres et des tris que l'on a mis en oeuvre dans la liste. actuellement ça n'est pas le cas, on ne peut qu'éditer un rapport dont le tri se fait automatiquement selon l'ID du problème. hors ça n'est pas représentatif de besoins métiers. beaucoup d'entreprises utilisent le rapport PDF sur chantier, et il serait appréciable de pouvoir trier par entreprise ou par type de problèmes nos remarques chantier. Shared Parameter Bloat is an undesirable yet common occurrence in the Revit/AEC world. The addition of both the Shared Parameter Service (SPS) and Content Catalog (CC) within the same Collaborative Data Environment (ACC) creates the opportunity of an interactive relationship between  SPS & CC where there could be parameter management capability added to SPS to have the ability to slim down a bloated parameter library using behavioral intelligence harvesting to suggest and adjudicate parameters which may serve similar functions down to a smaller library. That same behavioral intelligence harvesting might then be able to work in conjunction with Revit Families in CC where that which is derived from SPS interrogation could extend into harvesting parameter functionality within each family automatically to then allow changes made in SPS could be adjudicated and modified into Revit Families automatically. I may have missed some procedural dependencies here but hopefully you get the spirit of the workflow and the benefit enjoyed. SPS could also be enhanced with ACC & Revit integration by allowing SPS Parameter Groups house project specific Shared Parameters (talking about when working on a multi-firm project where differing firms have differing Shared Param's) which could then speak to a specific project in ACC and then Revit integration could take advantage. If ACC has the concept of running all HSE and QAQC related items through the Issues and RFI modules, we think that there should be separate icons on the LH ribbon for both HSE and QAQC respectively.   This could essentially be a copy of the RFI module but renamed for HSE and QAQC so they have their own place. It is extremely confusing and unintuitive to explain to contractors, and our own internal people, that all HSE and QAQC items need to be tracked and submitted in an RFI or Issues as that goes against most of the basic construction principles of other ERP systems.   An Issue is an issue, and an RFI is an RFI.   An HSE item can require an investigation, or a change, that requires multiple people to collaborate, and the same can be said for a QAQC non-conformance item.   Having them buried in the Issues and RFI modules for drop downs with "normal" items creates the possibility of them not being taken as seriously as they need to be, and buy-in is very hard to get when it looks like we are trying to make a module do something it is not really supposed to do... which is exactly what it appears we are doing.   On-boarding is horrible when trying to explain this, with videos or documents, it just seems too odd and clunky from all our external partners. In ACC, forms currently show only In Progress, In Review, and Closed. Because of this limited set, the system incorrectly maps real form outcomes: Rejected → shows as In Progress Approved with Comment → shows as In Progress Approved → shows as Closed We need accurate statuses such as: Rejected, Approved, and Approved with Comment so the system reflects the true action taken. Use Case: Project teams rely on form status to know what action is required. Incorrect status display makes it difficult to understand: Which forms need rework Which forms are approved with conditions Which forms are fully approved Teams currently must open every form to know the real state, which slows down daily workflows. The current workflow was as follows: during the design phase, everything produced from a drawing perspective was stored in the "Sheets" section of Build. As each design phase progressed the sheets were up revved using the same naming convention so we could track the version history.  All of the IFC Final information that the SPC's have access to is in a "Construction" folder located in docs, this is the only folder SPC's can access in the Docs section, It was our way of governing that the SPC's can't see info that the AE produced earlier and uploaded to the Docs Section.  SPC'S currently don't have access to "Build" I have toggled that off for the time being, in their permissions if there is no solution to toggle off the sheets section in Build I will allow main point of contacts such as BIM Managers access to "Build" Show More
