When using Insight Builder to calculate sums across various data sets, it would be helpful to be able to acquire a running total or cumulative total of all entries prior. Dashboards created with Insight Builder currently are only visible in Build, within the Home tool.   For Cost Management specific dashboards, we should have the ability for these to only be visible in Cost Management. "Share with projects" is a extremely useful tool in Insight Builder. Customers can publish insights in all / selected projects in seconds! Currently only permissions by role are available, and it would be useful to manage permissions by "company" to manage the information shared with the stakeholders/suppliers. For example: GC can have internal Health&Safety dashboards that cannot be share with the "safefy subcontractor team" or control the info shared with the final client. Show More

We would like Autodesk to make Forms Activity Log data available through Autodesk Data Connector, similar to the activity data currently available for other ACC modules. At present, Forms data can be extracted through Data Connector, but the Forms Activity Log is not available in the documented Activity Data Schema. This prevents us from extracting and analyzing the complete history of activities performed on individual Forms in Power BI. Required Activity Data The Data Connector should provide Form-level activity records such as: Form created Form updated/edited Form status changes Form assigned/reassigned Form submitted Form approved/rejected Comments added or modified Users involved in the activity Date and time of the activity Previous and new values where applicable Activity/action type Form ID / Form number Project ID User ID / User name Any other information currently visible in the Forms Activity Log Important Requirement – Complete Historical Data A key requirement is that Forms Activity Log data should be available for all available historical dates, and not be restricted only to a custom date range selected during Data Connector extraction. For example, if a project has been using Forms for several years, the Data Connector should allow us to retrieve the entire available activity history from the beginning of the project's Forms usage through the current date. The data should also continue to include new activities automatically as they occur, allowing Power BI datasets and automated dashboards to maintain a complete historical activity record. Expected Behaviour Ideally, Data Connector should provide: Historical Forms Activity → All available activity records from the earliest available date New Forms Activity → Automatically added as new activities occur Power BI → Complete historical + current activity data available for analysis This is important because limiting the extraction to a custom date range can result in incomplete historical reporting and makes it difficult to maintain a reliable audit trail in Power BI. Business Use Case We need this data for automated Power BI dashboards to monitor: Form activity and usage Status transition history Assignment changes User actions Form-level audit trails Workflow performance Form turnaround times Historical changes User/project activity trends Compliance and audit reporting The ability to retrieve the complete Forms Activity Log through Data Connector would allow organizations to build automated reporting without manually opening individual Forms and reviewing their activity history. We want to analyse how many checkpoints in individual form (Quality checklist) were selected as no at any given point of time (including past "No" selections which are currently "Yes". As of now, we can only view the current selection/response to the question.    It is very critical for us to understand where the most rejection is happening with respect to each activity and contractors, and provides crucial information for learnings, process change, contractor performance, etc .    There is currently no webhook available for forms either, which would have helped trigger and get data, store it in a database for analysis. There are multiple applications to this apart from question response, like tracking time taken by each company (contractor and client) to close the form, number of iterations - sending back the form, etc. A lot of time that the site team spends to capture on site, and its analytics is not available to be fetched through API in a dashboard, leading to lack of crucial data for making decisions.    Would request to add some way to extract this data, either to reports/activity log, APIs, webhooks, or any other form of output that is detailed, to maximise the use of forms.  Show More

Hi, I noticed that in insight builder, there is no data (field/node) that allow us to see, group by or filter based on the contract suppliers. Contract suppliers are available in cost management and data extracts from insight (CSV). But in insight builder, neither in cost-contract (v1) dataset nor in any other dataset, we have the possibility of selecting the suppliers. Currently, users are able to add reference files to RFIs which have been officially closed, this shouldn't be the case. Once RFIs are closed, no one should be able to make changes to it unless a RFI is formally re-opened under a new revision.    What I'm experiencing at the moment is stakeholders adding File references to RFIs after these get officially closed and distributed.   From the research I've done, I've already limited user permissions as much as I can without impacting their ability to answer RFIs, however I can't find a way to make RFIs essentially "Frozen" if they are officially closed. It doesn't make sense to allow people to continue to make changes to a request which has been closed.   Show More

Recently I've been trying to download a pdf in Insight > Reports > Create Report > Field Management > Issue detail > "Updated on" NOT Created on... as I want to i.e. get a batch pdf with all the "Closed" Issues say for last week or yesterday filtered y "Updated on" but this isn't possible... so I have to open every Closed Issue from a date range in the Excel file and manually download very pdf for each closed issue. I've built a flow in Power Automate Desktop that will split the pdf into individual files and rename them for handover naming conventions... but I can't use this function as the only option is "Created on" Show More

We build dashboards with filters, create views using those filters, and would like to email the report to users every day. Currently, we are limited to 5 email export schedules per dashboard. We would like to use more the Insight builder functionality in Autodesk Forma. What is hindering us to do so, is that currently we don't have the possibilty to combine different datasets inside one visual. For issue management we do have defined custom attributes. These custom attributes are stored in a dataset called "issues-with-custom-attributes(v1)". The standard fields defined by Autodesk are stored in a dataset calle "issues(v1)". It is not possible to create, e.g. a visual called "table" where both datasets could be used. You can one visual "table" where the dataset "issues(V1)" is used and another visual "tabel" where the dataset "issues-with-custom-attributes(v1)" is used. Show More

Requesting help on finding ways to track how long an Issue has been in each status (eg Pending, In review). This is for KPIs we want to track as each status represents different discipline's time taken to close out an issue. I want to track time or days between Issue open - Pending, Issue pending - review and the overall time from Issue creation - close.
