Insight report - New columns needed to track time between each status chnage.

Insight report - New columns needed to track time between each status chnage.

Requesting help on finding ways to track how long an Issue has been in each status (eg Pending, In review).
This is for KPIs we want to track as each status represents different discipline's time taken to close out an issue.
I want to track time or days between Issue open - Pending, Issue pending - review and the overall time from Issue creation - close.
Because of the sheer volume of issues we create across projects, activity logging is impractical.

Hmm, difficult one.
You have two options here.
1. Either track full time that an issue is not Closed. So any status in between would still fall under the Outstanding category. If you track the date they were raised VS today you can check how long they were open for.
2. The other thing you can do is track the Last updated date VS today. That one will keep refreshing though.
