Hi there, Submitting a feature request for ACC Cost Management on behalf of Owner/Land Developer.   Current limitation: Cost Payment Application Approval Workflows can only use fixed condition fields (e.g. This Period Work Completed, Current Payment Due, Contract Type, Main Contract Name). There is no condition based on the parent Contract's Sum value.   Requested feature: Allow "Contract Sum" (the total value of the linked cost contract) as a selectable condition field when building Cost Payment Application approval workflow rules — e.g. "IF Contract Sum > $X, THEN route to [approver tier]."   Business justification: Our approval matrix is tiered by contract value, not by individual payment application amount. A large contract's routine cost payment applications should route through senior approval regardless of the individual claim size. Without this, we either: - flatten all contracts to one approval tier (under-controls large contracts), or - manually reassign approvers per contract (defeats the purpose of automated workflows).   Impact: This is a standard owner/developer cost-control pattern. Without it, ACC Cost Management can't fully replace our manual approval routing for cost payment applications on high-value contracts. Show More

We need the ability to configure conditional custom attributes within the following Cost Management areas: Payment Applications Contracts Variations / Change Orders For example, when a user selects a specific value in one custom attribute, a second related custom attribute should automatically appear. Example: If Custom Attribute 1 = “Yes”, then Custom Attribute 2 becomes visible and required. If Custom Attribute 1 = “No”, then Custom Attribute 2 remains hidden. This conditional logic would help simplify the user interface, avoid displaying unnecessary fields, and ensure users only provide information that is relevant to their selected option. It would also be beneficial if the conditional logic could support rules such as: Show / Hide field, Make field Required / Optional, and potentially Enable / Disable field based on the value selected in another custom attribute. This functionality would provide much greater flexibility when configuring Cost Management workflows and would better support different business and contractual requirements. Show More

I would like to request a feature in the cost module that allows us to create a daily contract progress entry (similar to a form linked to SOV items — with an approval workflow). When using the e-sign feature, where can I grab the sub-status that displays "Out for Signature"? The Forma status of "Sent" is the same for items that have been sent for e-signature and items that HAVE NOT been sent for e-signature. Likewise, there is not a property/column in ACC to bring in the status of e-signature. Show More

Markup lines in the Change Management tool default to being Budget Only lines. There are many kinds of markups that would not be Budget only, like insurance or bonds. There is no way to change this default. There should be a setting associated with the Budget Code or with the Markup Template that allows for customization of this setting.   In my mind, it would be best for the Markup lines of a Change Event would be able to match the Scope of the Change Event itself.  Show More

In our use case, we currently do not utilize the main contract, but do use OCO for budget changes to ensure that all changes are tracked and approved. Currently the compliance requirement for OCO has a requirement for a main contract. We can choose select all which allows us to save the requirement, but when we create an OCO without a Main Contract the compliance requirement is not applied. In the project process dialog, when Main Contract is disabled, I think that would be great to automatically set those OCO compliance requirements just simply to all OCOs, or at least give us the option. With approval work-flows in place on many items, it would be beneficial to view all assigned tasks from the My Home screen. Just like when in the Cost Management, there is a Reviews tile. A similar tile showing all assigned tasks from any project on the My Home screen would help ensure that nothing gets overlooked. Additionally, being able to view assigned tasks for other team members would be helpful as well so that we can stay on top of all items. Show More

We would like to request to be able to allow specific documents from the Library to be assigned to separate templates, especially for cost management documents.  Currently, we have MANY cost documents.  Some apply to one type of template, while the rest applies to our other type of template.  If users are trying to issue contracts via cost management, they have to scroll through all of the documents added from the library and pick/choose the correct version.  There are just too many, I know, but they're all needed.  As it is now, ALL of the documents from the cost management library go to all projects, regardless if they'll be used on that project or not.  I'd love to be able to assign library documents to specific templates. When Payment Application is rejected during the approval workflow, we suggested that the status of Payment Application will be changed to ‘Submitted’ rather than ‘Revise and Resubmit’.    If the user click 'Submitted' button, the claimed Work Completed would take the Work Completed amount which is inaccurate. The Claimed Work Completed should remain as the supplier’s first submission. The submitted status should remain the Claimed Work Completed original amount and allow the user to edit the Work Completed amount instead. Show More

We are running into an issue where if we have an active RFQ, but there is an additional line item that may have been missed when sent out, there is no way we have found to attach a cost item to said RFQ. We can attach from a PCO to a SCO, but not from PCO to RFQ.   Current state, we need to delete the RFQ, ensure the cost item is attached to the PCO, then regenerate the RFQ. This creates a lot of overhead and hassle, in addition to difficult to track audit trails.   Looking for the ability to attach cost items from a PCO to an RFQ as long as the RFQ isn't accepted or rejected. In cost management, when making a change order to transfer funds within the budget, I am facing the following difficulty: If I want to transfer an amount above what I have available in my original budget, I would like to be notified that the amount has been exceeded, as there is currently no warning/message informing me that the amount has been exceeded. Currently, when creating a contract in cost, and selecting the Amount Locked option (to lock the total while allowing the subcontractor to breakdown their SOV), the description suggests that each budget linked item amount is locked.  However, in practice, when adding multiple different budget codes to the contract, the subcontractor can edit those amounts as long as they sum to the overall total contract amount.  This should be restricted (or at least another option added to allow it to be restricted).  For example, if I create a sub contract including both plumbing and HVAC, and breakdown those amounts between two budget codes, say for $500,000 each, I want the $500,000 for plumbing (and respectively for HVAC) to be fixed at $500,000 while the subcontractor can still add sub items to further breakdown plumbing and HVAC respectively for billing purposes.  Currently, the amount fixed is only the $1,000,000 total, and they can change the Plumbing amount to, say, $250,000 and HVAC to $750,000.  That creates a misalignment with my budget and potentially with our own SOV with the client on the main contract. Currently when Documents are uploaded to the attachments of a PCO and we "Batch Request for Quotes" the document is copied from the PCO to generate RFQ's there is no automatic synchronization between them.  When we get a revised document pertaining to the PCO/RFQ and upload the new document to the attachments of the PCO there is no way for the new document to be pushed to the RFQ's that are tied to the PCO or in other words any document changes made on the PCO do not automatically update across the RFQ's.    This is a problem when we are sending RFQ's to 30+ Suppliers and we get a revised document.  We need for a way to be able to upload the new document at the PCO and have it sync to the 30+ RFQ's that are tied to the PCO.    The current work around is to go into each of the 30+ RFQ's and delete out the original and upload the revised document, which takes hours when we are sending these out to all Suppliers.   Show More

Currently, when sending documents for e-signature, we utilize predefined templates; however, dynamic variables are not supported within the email subject or message of these templates. This limitation prevents us from automatically including key information such as the Project Name, SCO or OCO number, Main Contractor, and other relevant details.   This would save my project setup team time on each project we setup as well as our Project Managers from having to go into the message and manually change it each time.     Show More
