We are running into an issue where if we have an active RFQ, but there is an additional line item that may have been missed when sent out, there is no way we have found to attach a cost item to said RFQ. We can attach from a PCO to a SCO, but not from PCO to RFQ.
Current state, we need to delete the RFQ, ensure the cost item is attached to the PCO, then regenerate the RFQ. This creates a lot of overhead and hassle, in addition to difficult to track audit trails.
Looking for the ability to attach cost items from a PCO to an RFQ as long as the RFQ isn't accepted or rejected.
