Hello,    Can a feature be made that let's the signature transpose onto the NDA that will make it legally binding? I know that BC says it is, but having a signature that each GC would be able to print out for legal purposes would be great. Subcontractors are active, paying users of Bid Board Pro, and general contractors are often our largest customers. Access to GC-specific bid history is critical to how we manage relationships and bid strategy. Currently, when a subcontractor clicks a client (GC) in the Leaderboard and views Project History, no data appears. Support has confirmed this is intended behavior because the tab only reflects projects a company invited others to bid on (GC perspective), not projects that company invited us to bid on. From a subcontractor standpoint, this design choice makes the Project History tab misleading and largely useless. The UI strongly implies relevant history should be visible, yet the most important data for subcontractors is intentionally excluded. While reporting and filtering options exist, requiring users to build custom reports or export to Excel to answer a basic relationship question is a cumbersome workaround, not a solution. The Project History tab already exists and should reflect projects that the selected GC invited our company to bid on. Given the premium cost of Bid Board Pro and the importance of subcontractors as paying users, this should be treated as a core usability improvement, not a niche feature request. Show More

It would be nice to be able to set up automatic reminder emails in the system to automatically remind people of approaching bid date, or to replay to an invite and then also that their bid is due or past due please submit. This was something we were able to do in Procore and would be a nice feature in Building Connected Show More

I would like to be able to access and process reviews from the data management module. We can view and mark up from the files but not the reviews section on our ipads. It is imperative that, as our only onsite workflow tool, the ipad be able to accommodate utilization of onsite information and work flows.  Show More

It would be helpful to have an available report or to add a new symbol for the status field to indicate if a subcontractor has clicked the "unsubscribe" link.  If we had the ability to see if they unsubscribed vs just showing an "invalid email" symbol, we could better optimize the bid packages rather than waste time trying to diagnose if there is a true IT issue with them receiving ITBS or if they just no longer want to receive them.  Show More

I suggest making the selection to reverse your mouse zoom to normal permanent if the box is checked, including across jobs just make this a general setting for the account instead of a setting for each individual job and page. I have to select that option on every single page I take off and that is beyond annoying. Also the count dots are HUGE, I suggest either being able to adjust the size or just making them significantly smaller. Also, it would be better if on the take off side it could accept larger files, right now if the file is too large you can view it on the client side but when you go to internal to do a take off you have to download it and cannot do a take off? So I have to take that download, pull the pages I want out ( as long as they still aren't too big) and then re add them in just to do a take off. After looking at what is coming ahead and up next I do not see any of this mentioned which is really sad. 😞 We just got building connected and are already learning about everything we can't do unfortunately.  Show More

Please consider developing a dedicated mobile application for BuildingConnected, or at minimum a properly reformatted mobile interface. The current mobile experience is effectively unusable on a phone. For sales professionals who spend their time in front of clients rather than behind a computer, the inability to easily view or navigate BuildingConnected on a mobile device is a real limitation and undermines its usefulness in the field. Is there any way that a modification can be made to allow Companies to change their logo based on office location?  Currently, one logo appears on all bid invitations.  However, with some GCs, the logo can vary by region.  Thanks! Show More

Is it possible to move the "Discoverable" status option down a level in order to be able to apply the setting on a per Bid Package basis?  There are instances where a GC will have a list of known bidders to invite for certain trades but would like to accept bids from anyone for other trades. Hello,   We are a contractor that specializes in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). With using Building Connected, the concept is great but is a huge waste of time for our industry, and a hassle for the contractors that ask us to bid with them because our industry is not an option listed and it takes up a lot of time that gets wasted. Is there a way we can get this industry added so when a job does come through, there is either a certainty, or a much high probability that there actually is HDD work on the project that is sent? Again, the concept of the site is great however it is not there yet for HDD work. Show More

I would suggest a Scope of Work report. This essentially pulls in the scope specific description for bid packages into one document. (I've attached an example.) This would help when putting together a proposal.  Show More

Checking to see if we can change a setting to when a bid comes into BuildingConnected, it can come to our email as an attachment? Right now, it gets emailed with a link in the body of the email to download the bid. Show More
