Assets is a very useful function for linking information (issues, tasks, forms, etc.) in one place. During the interior construction of a project, we usually think in terms of rooms, so we represent a room list as assets. Currently, it is not possible to generate a room list in assets from a 3D model (IFCspaces) because the IFCspaces are not displayed in the mapping process within the assets function. With laptop, it's possible to edit the statut of different assets in the same time in 2D & 3D views but not possible to do it in the table with all assets. Show More

When we create asset with 3D models by taking specific category of 3D models (doors for example), it generates well all assets. By using laptop, we can update each door on 3D viewer & 2D drawings published with 3D view. By using mobile device, we can only use asset on 3D viewer (not possible on 2D drawings). 2D is really important for our construction teams. Show More

Bring the ability to re-order custom field options like in the issues module, into the assets module.   Options that can be added to drop-downs or multi-selects cannot be re-arranged after they have been created. If you wanted to keep things alphabetically or group certain items together within the custom field, you would have to manually manage that.  Ex. If you had a drop-down field with 9 options and needed to add 1 more alphabetically in the middle, you would need to delete the options until that place and then re-create them. And hopefully you don't have assets created that would need to be corrected afterwards. In the Issues module, you can create an option in a custom field at the bottom of the list and then drag it to where you want it in the list. Show More

While the systems tool is great for users on desktop it lacks functionality anywhere but the assets tab of build on the desktop.    When viewing the asset markup on a sheet you should be able to see what system that asset is a part of and any supporting information at a quick glance (like a reference). Currently, ACC Assets only allows users to see notifications if Assets are imported or exported. No notifications if someone updates an Asset Status, adds reference files, raise issues or completes an attached Form.    Even if we don't have real-time notifications, a daily report would be great.  Show More

Asset and Issues have a ton of relevant information in the 'Referenced' section as well. It would be very helpful if I could also get this information about referenced RFIs, Forms, Sheets, Submittals, Issues, Assets etc. along with the usual data in the excel or csv export. In the exportation of Assets report, there's link to share attached document. There is no option to export all link document at the end of the report.  So, someone who don't have ACC canot see attached documents.  Show More

In Assets, it would be very helpful if text fields had an auto-complete feature that suggests previously entered values as you type. This "Auto-Complete" function would provide suggestions based on what has already been entered in that field.   This feature should not only be available on the web but would be even more important in the ACC App. On tablets, it often leads to incorrect entries or takes a lot of time because the entire word has to be typed out.     Show More

Form templates assigned to the Asset are visible in the references section of an Asset. This indicates that this Form Template is missing and should be filled for this Asset. The actual Form instance is only created after clicking on the placeholder entry.   Show More

While you can create custom fields for Assets, the current options are limited to text, numeric, pass/fail, dropdown, multi-select, and date fields. For complex calculations requiring formulas based on Asset data, the typical approach is to export the data to Excel or create an automation workflow using other tools.   Providing the ability to create formulas directly within Asset fields that can reference other Asset data fields would deliver greater value, removing the need to rely on external templates or automation tools to perform these calculations. When creating a template for a form, it would be more streamline if I could add a form template to multiple assets and when it attaches to multiple assets it makes copies of the template to each of the assets. Right now it only adds one form across all the assets, its needs to be all different forms for each asset. When  Editing a form template, its needs to also update to all open forms that may or may not be attached to an asset. If I change a template it needs to take effect to all of those forms that share that form template. Does not need to change closed / submitted forms When changing permissions for the forms, I would like to change multiple form permissions at once. The process to change permissions for all templates that exist is too cumbersome.    All of these features exist in other commissioning applications and would be nice to have these features for ACC.  Show More

It would be great to create assets based on rules that apply to multiple models simultaneously. For example, if my project includes three electrical models for different parts of the building, I would like to create one rule targeting electrical equipment across all three selected models, instead of having to create a separate rule for each model.
