We would like to add a trade to list. We are a structural steel carport constructor. We do a lot of work on carports and It would really be helpful if there was a trade specific to carports. Currently it doesn't fall under any specific category and if I select any of the steel categories, I just get a lot of bids for things I will never bid on. Please add a carport trade. It would also help GC's too because most of the carport companies only do carports and most of the structural steel companies dont pick them up. It is a niche gap.  Show More

Currently, the “Assigned to Me” card on the Autodesk Home page only displays items from the Build module. Our team frequently reviews and approves items in the Cost module and having those Cost items appear in the same “Assigned to Me” view would be extremely valuable. In Cost approval workflows, items often move back and forth between the same reviewers. Email is the primary notification method, but with a high volume of daily emails, these notifications can easily be missed, leading to delays. While there is a “Reviews” card within the Cost module at the project level that allows users to filter by themselves as a reviewer, this requires navigating into each individual project to check for assigned items. This becomes inefficient when managing multiple projects simultaneously. Requested Enhancement: Provide a centralized, cross-project view where users can see all Cost items assigned to them, ideally by: Including Cost items in the Autodesk Home “Assigned to Me” card, or Creating a global dashboard or card accessible from Home that aggregates assigned Cost reviews across projects. It is crucial that just like issues, RFIs, submittals and meeting items, we can see the assigned workplan tasks and deliverables (from Schedules tool) in the dashboard cards of "Assigned to me" (home page) and "Work status" (Build home). This will allow users to quick see which of their tasks and deliverables are due within 3-7 days or which are over due; in one single view with all the other assignments. As I understood at this moment such a feature is not available but since the data is there and ACC already support such a feature for other tools (Issues, RFIs, etc.) I hope we can get this feature for Schedule tool very soon. Items assigned to “My Role” or “My Company” do not appear in the “Work Status” section on the Forma Build Home page. There is also confusion at the project level around whether the "Your Assigned Work" data includes all assignment types; currently, it only reflects assignments “By User.”   While I understand the Autodesk approach, the interface could better clarify how assignments are represented. In practice, items assigned to me, my role, or my company are all effectively assigned to me. At a minimum, “By Role” and “By Company” assignments on the Forma Build “Home” page should align with the Forma “My Home” page, as introduced in the recent March update. @twellins   Show More

My Home Project list is cumbersome to manage and contains projects that have been cancelled, completed, really old, awarded to other teams, etc...  that I don't want to have to go through every time or have to request assist from a Project Admin who may not even remember the project.  We should be able to either remove ourselves from an assigned project OR at a minimum, to customize our personal project display list to hide projects that we don't want to have to filter/scroll through → designate them as ACTIVE/INACTIVE and have them show based on that feature?  There is likely an even better way to do this, but something should be done. It’s essential for ACC project-lifecycle management to have a way to record and report a project’s current stage—or to set that stage. A Project Phase field in Project Admin, which can later be surfaced in Insight Builder for dashboard reporting, is crucial. Alternatively, there could simply be an option to add a custom project attribute similar to issues or RFI but in project admin , setting Tab. Currently, some project-phase fields exist in the BIM 360 APIs, but they aren’t connected to ACC or Insight Builder and therefore can’t be used for reporting. Show More

Rather than bookmarks to external websites adding frequent projects to the home would help those of us in large firms with lots of projects. My project list is 4 pages long now, and I need to be on most of those to assist, I have 5-6 core projects that would be great to have on my home.  Plus, our projects run multi-year and we still need to access them from time to time but I now have to scroll through a bunch of project to get to my current one.  Show More

We have multiple Admins that can edit licenses for our users, but no way of tracking of who assigned someone a license, or more importantly, who removed a license from a user. If a users Build license has been toggled off for example, we cannot find out who did it or when. We would like more transparency on the CDE administration side, the ability to see who has done what and when. We would like a section similar to 'project activity' but for the CDE management in general, not for an individual project where we can see all of this information to help manage our CDE Administrators and notice mistakes earlier. Im a project admin on all our projects and quickly need to hop into between jobs in different modules/tools to set up or diagnose issues, there is no point to me really setting a default tool.    You used to be able to use Middle Click on a tool with in the Default Access dropdown to open a New Tab in the browser. It would be beneficial to have a "dark mode" to prevent migraines from occurring when working extensively on ACC. This would also help with blue light being produced from the screens and reduce the energy consumption of machines when ACC is being used.    Even a simple Color inversion, like the two images attached, would be massively beneficial. On the iPad - when you open your project there is a "recently viewed sheets" section. This section is very helpful, however, when you go to swipe left or right to the next page nothing happens because it only takes you to that single page. Can we make it so that when clicking "recently viewed sheets" it takes us to that sheet within sheets so we don't have to go back out to the main page to click on that sheet again?  Show More

Currently, the analytics displayed on the My Home page only reflect items that are directly assigned to the individual user. While this is useful, it does not provide a complete picture for users who work as part of a role-based team. Please consider enhancing the My Home page analytics to also include items that are assigned to roles the user belongs to, in addition to their personal assignments. This would provide a more comprehensive and accurate overview of all responsibilities and progress for that user, especially in collaborative or role-driven workflows. Show More

We have a client that requested a Dashboard, either in Insights, or in project home page that functioned as a project assistant. The dashboard would be used to ask questions/queries (similar to gpt) and spit out information from the project. For instance, asking the assistant to explain the differences between two versions of a sheet or other documents saved in files.  Show More

Hi, So projects in ACC can have location metadata associated with them. my suggestion is to surface that metadata in the My Projects dashboard so that the user can sort & filter projects by location. This can include state/region/country/continent etc.   It may be another idea submission, but adding similar functionality to the project picker in the top nav would also be great, but that has more of a UI/UX impact and would have longer dev/leadtime.   Thanks.  Show More

This would assist in facilitating reminders to others when Issues, RFI's etc are coming due, from the perspective of the person assigning these items. Recommended to look just like "Assigned To Me" Card, that tracks items overdue, due in 7 days, due after 7 days, and no due date. Current state the person assigning the issue has to remember and periodically go onto the specific project's Issue, RFI, etc. page and pan through, so realistically this doesn't happen and most Issues and RFI's are forgotten, making them not effective tools for non-superusers of the product. A "watchers" card would also be helpful and could serve a similar purpose. Show More
