We do a lot of welding, and our welders prefer using printed drawings instead of tablets or other electronic devices, which can be susceptible to damage from weld sparks and similar shop-floor conditions. The goal of allowing PDFs to be printed from the tablet is to ensure that the drawings come from a controlled location via the product files that are managed by Fusion Operations administrators. Current Limitation When exporting the Lot Traceability report to PDF or Excel, only the currently selected level's production details are included. Even when "Show All BOM Levels" is enabled, the export does not include production info for all levels.   Business Impact For serialized products with multiple levels of subassemblies, users have to generate separate traceability reports for each subassembly and manually combine them to reconstruct the complete manufacturing history of a single unit. In our case, generating a complete traceability package for one serialized assembly requires exporting over a dozen separate reports and organizing them manually. When a checklist is completed, it would be great if we can output a pdf version that resembles the structure the workers see on the tablet view.    We use the checklists for a goods out inspection but it is very awkward to save multiple pictures and essentially re write out any comments from the checklist record so they can be filed in conjunction with our other quality systems.  Show More

I have to receive products in with a variable parameter. However, when it comes to consuming those products the parameter does not follow the product, nor is asked on the mobile app when the worker is confirming the consumption. In my situation I had to consume 3 of the same part number with all different variable parameters to a Production Order and then had to unconsume 1 of the products from the order, with that I had to do some researching to figure out the correct product. Currently, Fusion Operations does not support the ability to define variable operation times or amounts at the product level based on the machine a job is assigned to. When a product can be manufactured on multiple machines — each with different cycle times, feed rates, or output quantities — there is no native way to model this variability within the system. I would like it if Operations would introduce the ability to define machine-specific operation values at the product-operation level. This would allow manufacturers to configure different operation amounts (cycle time, quantity per cycle, etc.) for each eligible machine a product can be run on. We use the Product ID "Custom Part" often because we make one-off parts that may not need to be saved as a product long term.  However, we need to be able to find these specific items later.  I would like to be able to search the parameter "Detail" for key words in order to find specific orders/quotes faster without having to open each one.   Show More

If I have a recurring order with a due date of May 15, 2026, and the estimated maintenance duration is 48 hours, the order should appear on the tablet no later than May 12, 2026, so that preparations can be made. When we use a serial number, meaning that each unit produced have only one ID associated, the system shouldn't allow to generate a production record on the same operation if the serial number has already been generated. It happens by human mistake when workers are typing the serial number. If this happens the system must send a message to the operators inserting the production indicating the SN has already been generated for that operation (the system must help the operator and work as poke-yoke). This is important to change, beside all described mentioned above, if you enter this repeated operation the system count it as (quantity) produced and therefore the operators are unable to record the reality of the shop floor. In our production process we often ship or consume inventory while the Production Order is in progress. As more quantities are produced, the cost of each production gets updated over time. However, the consumption and shipping inventory movements are not updated with the latest cost, causing inaccuracies in our production costs.   Example: 1 unit produced on day 1, with cost 10 this unit was consumed in day 2, with cost 10 1 additional unit produced on day 3, with cost 5 this results in an average cost of 7.5 for each unit this additional unit was consumed in day 4, with cost 7.5 in the end, the inventory value is not accurate because the unit consumed in day 2 was consumed with cost 10, instead of 7.5 The only way to have accurate data is ensure that intermediary goods are consumed in the final assemblies after the Production Orders for those intermediary goods have been completed, which is not feasible for us. Could we please have better visibility of suppliers against products in the Material Requirements view?   In an ideal workflow, using the Material Requirements interface to trigger purchase orders, the suppliers of each product would be listed along with the products. This would streamline the ability to filter and report before creating Purchase Orders. Currently we have over 2000 suppliers, it is nearly impossible to know which supplier is used for each required product without doing a separate search per product.   We can currently filter by supplier, but when you have more suppliers to choose from this becomes time consuming on its own.  Show More

Instead of logging out of your current production session, logging into rework, then logging out of rework and back into production, add a button within the current production session that lets you switch to “Rework.” Once the rework is complete, the same button can be used to toggle back to production. Right now there is no API endpoint to retrieve warehouses or warehouse locations. The only workaround is to infer them from inventory movements, which results in incomplete and unreliable data. Any location that has not yet been used in a movement does not exist in the API from our perspective. This also makes it impossible to: maintain a complete reference table recover names/metadata properly validate data syncs A proper endpoint for warehouses and warehouse locations would significantly improve integration reliability. Currently, the Fusion system is extremely flexible and allows for material or product withdrawals even when there is no stock available in the warehouse. This generates negative balances that affect the accuracy of our inventory and distort the cost of goods sold. We request the implementation of a configuration (checkbox) at the warehouse or system level that allows us to: Display an immediate warning message indicating a shortage of parts before processing the movement. This would create a "lock/alert" type message to prevent the withdrawal of items that have not yet been received. Having this restriction would force us to keep the inventory up-to-date (recording receipts before issues) and would guarantee that the financial information is 100% accurate. Show More

An opportunity for improvement has been identified in the Production Order reports. At the end of the process, the system generates information on the parts ordered and produced, as well as the total material consumption, but only in aggregate. The problem is that, without providing individual details for each product, we cannot verify the exact consumption calculation. Adding a breakdown that includes: Number of Parts and their unit of measure. Unit Weight and its unit of measure. This would allow us to check the information batch by batch and ensure that the total consumption is correct, eliminating any doubts about data integrity. Show More
