Configuration Option for Negative Inventory Block

Currently, the Fusion system is extremely flexible and allows for material or product withdrawals even when there is no stock available in the warehouse. This generates negative balances that affect the accuracy of our inventory and distort the cost of goods sold.

We request the implementation of a configuration (checkbox) at the warehouse or system level that allows us to:

1. Display an immediate warning message indicating a shortage of parts before processing the movement. This would create a "lock/alert" type message to prevent the withdrawal of items that have not yet been received.

Having this restriction would force us to keep the inventory up-to-date (recording receipts before issues) and would guarantee that the financial information is 100% accurate.

Are you looking to block negative inventory in any particular tablet button or functionality? I'm asking this for two reasons:

• we already have some validations in place, such as when shipping a sales order or when moving inventory internally,
• if you have this problem in a specific workflow, we can make an enhancement on a faster manner compared to all existing workflows

Sí, el problema que estamos presentando es que el sistema permite realizar
salidas de productos a los que nunca se les ha dado una entrada previa.
Esto ocasiona que podamos tener existencias en negativo y, en consecuencia,
se pierde el control real del inventario.

Esta flexibilidad nos está afectando, ya que permite registrar movimientos
que no reflejan la realidad de las cantidades disponibles, lo que impacta
directamente en la confiabilidad de la información.

Por este motivo, solicitamos si es posible implementar un *bloqueo o una
alerta*, ya sea desde el back office o desde la tablet, que impida realizar
salidas cuando no exista stock disponible en el sistema.

Esto nos ayudaría a tener un mayor control y a garantizar la precisión y
credibilidad de nuestro inventario.

Nosotros tenemos un bloqueo de salidas cuando se realiza el envío de una orden de venta y cuando se mueve el inventario internamente. Sin embargo, esta validación no existe cuando se hacen salidas desde las opciones de "Entrada y salida de inventario" y "Buscar producto".

Puedes confirmar si estos son los dos botones que estás utilizando?
