When using section view in the model coordination, it would be very convenient if you could move the section plane back and forth by scrolling the mouse wheel. Using and clicking the intended arrow each time you want to move the plane is very cumbersome and slows down the workflow. When in the Model Coordination module, if a View is Saved to Docs, that view is not availablein the ACC app.  If models need to be shared with others, they need to be saved as specific files (.nwc, .rvt, .ifc, etc.), which limits the usefulness of the Model Coordination module, especially when trying to make specific subsets of models available for field use. As of today there is a great tool in Autodesk Docs to search for Files using filter. Those filters can be saved as "Saved search" and also share with others project members. However we have to recreate those filter for every new project. It would be really helpful either to import/export those "Saved Search" list or to get them include in Project Template. In our case, we use naming convention but we use this tool to search for files having a combination of naming convention attributes. So, this list might be quite long and it's really cumbersome to recreate it for each new project (the naming convention is the same for any project). It would also be very nice to add a search bar for the "Saved search" list because it's not easy to find the proper item if the list is too long (> 50 saved search). Show More

My customer uses the "Share - anyone with the link" function to share data with a partner. Their folder name is quite long, please see the attached - When downloading a zip file, the zip file's name will be the folder's name with the "date + time" the file was downloaded. EX: "Folder name + date + time".zip - After downloading, my customer cannot view the PDF file in a zip file due to a long path error when they open directly the PDF file in the zip file. The path shown on File Explore of the window will include: " zip file's name + folder's name + file's name" => long path error. - If they extract a zip file. They can view files normally. => So I propose adding the ability to edit the zip file name when downloading the file.   Show More

I had to make a Markup Formula rule where a OH& Fee charge was only relevant to budget items NOT starting with 01. I could not do this and had to make 17 rules to include all of the potential budget item starting digits that we not 01.    Can we add a 'Does not start with' qualifier to that list? or some other way to un-include items from a list?    I could not use does not contain because many of the codes include 01 somewhere else in their 6 digits.  Show More

the Model Broswer search filter is amazing, but the only missing part in it is not having the (OR) Condition. For exemple, if i want to filter all the cabletrays + its fittings by level, it is not possible since both use different constrains when comes to level (Level vs refrence level), when the filter is used like the image below, it will only use (AND) condition. it will be nice we have the (OR) condition as well   Show More

At present, it is not possible to re-order columns, only select to display them on/off. Please replicate the behaviour used elsewhere in ACC, e.g. in Docs, where the column order can be sorted by dragging each column header to change the order. Auto-trigger review is not working if files are placed by 'ACC-system', because you can't select this 'user' while creating a review. It would be wonderful if you can edit your Auto-trigger Review settings with a checkbox 'folder is bridged' or something, so it overwrites the initiator mentioned in the initial Review by 'ACC-system'. Current state: Drawings files are output as individual pdfs in DOCS or BUILD so that version control of each sheet is kept.   This is fantastic however...   Question: What is suggested as the best process or tool to review the above individual pdfs within ACC to obtain markups from the team simultaneously or collaboratively within ACC without opening and closing individual pdfs.   Sheets is the closest tool I believe that Autodesk offers however... ideally we would love to also utilise the Bluebeam Studio Session whereby comments from the team can be obtained but this is not connected within the ACC platform.   Ideas / suggestions would be greatly welcomed.   Background: Bluebeams Studio Session is our preferred engineering markup of pdf tools software in the market. I would like to add an idea whereby the client stated that the S Curve would be a crucial Dashboard of a project hence why it should be along with the other Dashboards on the Insights of the Project. Client highlighted where the Insight should compile all necessary dashboards of a project hence the efficiency of the top level management to view the summary (Dashboards) at a glance. When our project is in the architect's server, we don not want them to have the ability to open and access our proprietary details, families, and other information unique to our company. When we share packages, we share only model information, but it doesn't matter if other consultants, in particular the server owner, can still download our source file at any time.    There needs to be a way to ensure that only members of the company that uploaded the model can access it, and only that which is shared can be used.    Until then, we are forced to keep having two files. One for details and one for model information, the latter with dummy views and dummy sheets to represent the details in the former, for when you make sections to refer to details, and sheet lists that refer to detail sheets. Which kind of negates the entire reason for this functionality in the first place.   I feel like we've been needing this for ages now, at least since 2016. What's taking so long? Hi there, Could you please add in an option when adding a supplier/contact to a project, of being sent an invite? It is not always necessary, especially in our case, for a supplier/contact to be sent an invite and it creates a lot of confusion from them. I get many emails/phone calls about it. There is the option to send contacts an email when an PO/invoice has been accepted, so would like this to be the same for setting up a contact in a project. Many thanks! Show More

In the reference attachment within RFIs there is markup tools to add text and shapes to existing document.  Can we have the ability to add a blank page if we need to add additional information for our markups (like submittals allows you to add a blank page and rearrange pages as needed). Show More

The Home page in the mobile app needs to be rearranged.   At the very top of the Home page, it states: "Here's what's happening on your project today". The immediate few sections under that are "Take a photo", "Recently viewed sheets", and "Recently viewed files". None of these sections have anything to do with "what's happening"   You know what does, the next section under that for a member's "Work status". THIS section needs to be relocated to be just under the "what's happening" heading.   When a subcontractor opens their ACC app and navigates to their project, the very first thing they should see is their Work Status. And it should be the exact same on the desktop experience. The member should not have to scroll down to see this very important section. Show More
