The addition of being manage the fields needed and their order is great, but can we get the ability to manage those on the Category Level and not just the individual issue type?   I've created a new Category and then have 12 Types, I need to manage the fields of each Type on their own....that's a lot of clicks and drags.   The individual type manage is still needed, as there might be some types that need or don't need a field that other types have. There is a major need to be able to add a new hire to many projects in ACC.  Instead of wasting my time opening each project and manually adding a new user to 20 projects, we need a tool that will automate this process!  Seems like it would be a pretty basic feature.   This feature was brought up in the BIM360 forum SIX (6) years ago and was marked as Under Review 2 weeks after submission, ZERO response/feedback from Autodesk since... There should be account-level settings to allow: 1. All users in an account to be able to browse the list of projects and request access as required. 2. Allow full access to all projects for all users in an account. There should be a setting at the project level to disable this for certain projects, as required.   We are currently doing a mass migration of projects to ACC and there is a high burden on the project and account admins to track down project teams and provide access.   We have also found that people who need access to a project generally do not know who to contact for an invitation.   This would resolve both issues.   Thanks! Please give us two fields for our "Account Name" under Account Admin settings (Long form and Short form).   When reports are generated from Build, we prefer to use our long form company name which is 39 characters long.   If we can use a short form account name for file pathing purposes, we can reduce this to 3 characters. We are currently running into major problems with mass project migration to ACC with long path errors that can be easily fixed with this path length reduction.   I'm sure that this change would benefit others as well.    Thanks! There are unfortunately no checkboxes in the members tab to remove multimple members from a project.   It would make it a lot easier to not have to press the 3 dots and hit delete 10+ times. 🙂   Show More

In BIM 360 Admin portal we have the ability to see when selecting an individual user any project that person is assigned to in our portal and what their access level assigned is.   We would like to have this same feature in ACC. We don't need to see every project that user is assigned to only the ones that are associated with our portal.  Show More

Admin teams need to be able to remove people from a project periodically, especially inactive users. Currently this is only in BIM 360 and needs to be made available for ACC either in member or as a report to use ACC as a proper CDE.  Show More

At my firm, we tend to have everyone in the company on each project. This can be a pain when we get a new hire and I have to add them to each project. It would be easier if they were just automatically added when I add them to the company rather than me having to go to each project and add their email one by one. We do this because we often have coworkers who will help on any project if someone is out, and I can't limit the projects to only the people working on them. It wouldn't work at my firm.  Show More

I know there is a document that states it is not possible. However, this should be possible. The case: A project was calculated based on IFC models and PDF. A lot of documents where added to the acc project prior to the stage where actual design of the MEP parts where started by our company (pre-order). Once the order came in, a Revit 2020 file was recieved and an over-eager employee saved it as cloudmodel in Revit 2024 (yep, new = better,  and I know, user error...) Now should that not be an issue we thought: just remove all 2024 Revit stuff and restart in 2022 (which was agreed on later with all party's). No can do.... So now we have to make a new project for the building fase, which doesnt have all the documents, RFI, Issues, correspondence, forms, etc.... Two projects. Is this "Let's make things better"?   Product support just answers:  not a product flaw. Put in an idea for a feature request. Well, here it is (however I am still convinced it is an oversight in development not to be able to reset an ACC project when there is nothing in it from any Revit version as a cloud model). Idea: when there are no cloud (workshared or not) Revit files left in an ACC project, it should be possible to reset the ACC project to an non-revit version ACC project. Show More

Project Templates need to have additional functionality added to them so that new projects don't need so many additional steps taken to get the project setup with the appropriate company standards.   Sheet Discipline - The order and custom designations need to be added to the template so they don't need to be setup after a project is setup Report Templates - seems like a no-brainer, but maybe the currently in-beta Insight Builder will resolve this?   I'm sure others have more, but these are the 2 that I bang my head against my desk every time I create a new project. This is regarding the Autodesk management and user-access groups. Please add in the functionality to bulk remove users using a CSV file. This would work in the same way as the  Add User 'Import' option as in the attachment, but would have the extended option to remove users by importing a CSV too. It's almost the same functionality that already exists, but would mean that BIM Managers and Admin staff would be able to remove people from products, or by groups in bulk, rather than having to delete them manually; despite the fact that we can already add them in bulk. Currently team permissions are simple, single criteria permissions like "users with the Role of 'Architect' have 'Edit' permissions to this team folder" or "user with Company 'ACME' have 'View' permissions to a specific team folder" but on many projects we have complex arrangements of teams where a single company has multiple disciplines and certain disciplines have multiple firms. So on a project where we have two architecture firms and one of those firms is also the structural engineer, we have to create companies in ACC that include the discipline such as "ACME Architecture" and "ACME Structure" and give them different permissions rather than being able to do the sensible thing of saying users with the role of "Architect" AND the company of "ACME" have different permissions than users who have the role of "Structural Engineer" AND the company of "ACME".  Please give us the ability to build more complex permission structures even if it's only the AND operator. We want to see an intermediate access level between "Admin" and "Member."   This access level would allow that user to invite additional users from their organization only to the project.    As consultants, we want the ability to staff up a client's project when required, especially for deadlines. Currently, we need to wait on the client admin to add users, which can sometimes take a while and is therefore not ideal for deadlines or when our users are out of the office. If we need another engineer or BIM specialist, it's entirely out of our hands, and hampers our ability to serve our clients. Show More

Allow the creation of customisable statues in issues. This would allow for more effective filtering and exports if required.   For example, if something is actioned to the client who is not an ACC member and I can set the status to "with client" I can then filter for discussion in meetings and export only the relevant items if required.
