The Cost Payment Application Invoice Number should not auto populate. It should be blank until the supplier fills in the number and should be editable until it is fully approved. We sync with sage and it can only be a certain number of digits, plus we have a format that we can only accept. Currently, we are unable to edit it once the supplier submits.  Show More

The information and attachments we put on the main change event, should flow to all cost items created and be editable in the cost item and then all information in the cost items should flow to the Contracts, SCO, and OCO's. I had to make a Markup Formula rule where a OH& Fee charge was only relevant to budget items NOT starting with 01. I could not do this and had to make 17 rules to include all of the potential budget item starting digits that we not 01.    Can we add a 'Does not start with' qualifier to that list? or some other way to un-include items from a list?    I could not use does not contain because many of the codes include 01 somewhere else in their 6 digits.  Show More

I would like to add an idea whereby the client stated that the S Curve would be a crucial Dashboard of a project hence why it should be along with the other Dashboards on the Insights of the Project. Client highlighted where the Insight should compile all necessary dashboards of a project hence the efficiency of the top level management to view the summary (Dashboards) at a glance. Hi there, Could you please add in an option when adding a supplier/contact to a project, of being sent an invite? It is not always necessary, especially in our case, for a supplier/contact to be sent an invite and it creates a lot of confusion from them. I get many emails/phone calls about it. There is the option to send contacts an email when an PO/invoice has been accepted, so would like this to be the same for setting up a contact in a project. Many thanks! Show More

Please add the ability to view payment applications in a yearly view, not just per billing period, and to extract this yearly view into XLS format.
