Change Event information

Change Event information

The information and attachments we put on the main change event, should flow to all cost items created and be editable in the cost item and then all information in the cost items should flow to the Contracts, SCO, and OCO's. Currently, we are entering the information in at least 3 times. Change Event, Cost Item,  & SCO/OCO.

Cost Items can be trade specific so the parent item should carry the shared change info, and the cost items the additional specific info per trade

If you add any data to a cost item it is always carried through every change order stage automatically so there should be no need to duplicate

Where are you finding it is not happening?

I just tested it. From the PCO, the text in the "description" carries through to the cost item, but the text in the "scope of work" does not carry through to the cost item.
Creating a SCO/OCO from the main line (not the cost item) the text in the description and the text in the scope of work both carry through.
Creating a SCO from the cost item, the text in the description and the text in the scope of work carry from the cost item.
