Currently, certain account activities or changes may occur without the awareness of the existing Account Administrators. To improve governance and administrative oversight, we would like to request the implementation of a feature that sends automatic notifications to the existing Account Administrators whenever key account-level changes or actions are performed. We would like to propose a feature enhancement for the Autodesk Construction Cloud system.   Currently, folders within ACC Files do not have the option to set a password to prevent access by other members. We would prefer to have an additional layer of security on top of the existing access control. This is intended to protect highly confidential folders that may be unintentionally accessed by members who are not supposed to have visibility. It should be possible, when working inside an issue and referencing a 360° photo, to handle 360° photos the same way as regular photos. We imagine the following workflow: When working in the ACC app, the user should be able to go to a task and, under “Add Photo,” directly access the 360° camera, capture the photo, and upload it immediately. Aparently when linking the coordination model from ACC in Navisworks, the result geometry elements lack critial information like the Category (as a paremeter for rule creation, we can see it in the file tree) and, much more important, it lack the revit ID number (or even the revit GUID - the GUID it has it's one dreated for Navisworks). The problem with this, is that when issues are created, they are created in that NWD file and shared with everyone in ACC, we cannot easily find where that issue is because there is no ID number we can use to find the elements in our working files.   Autodesk is sugesting the following "dynamo script" as a workaround - but that is not a viable long term workflow. Revit Item GUID not matching with Navisworks GUID   We really need this to fixed ASAP, please. I trust it can be simple. This is a Navisworks problem (with ACC implications), but there is no Idea Forum for Navisworks, so feel free to move this idea/request if you feel there is a more apropriate forum for this. Customers migrating into ACC have identified a major roadblock in the lack ability to programmatically import Correspondences. While the endpoint exists (POST /construction/correspondence/v1/projects/:projectId/import) and functions as a true import - preserving original email metadata, dates, and attachments - it is currently restricted and only usable through the UI, preventing automated migrations at scale. As a result, teams are forced into manual, time consuming uploads that make large migrations unfeasible. Making this endpoint publicly available to authenticated APS applications would immediately unlock full-fidelity correspondence migration, reduce implementation friction, eliminate manual handling of sensitive records, and directly support faster onboarding. The signature function in Submittal (specifically the E-signature field in fillable PDFs) requires users to draw a signature or upload an image for each individual PDF. Storing the signature on ACC would save significant time by allowing users to apply it with a single click. Show More

When a user is in the Asset module of Build that user, when selecting an asset, the user has the possibility, with a hyperlink (or a button) to go and view the asset in the 3D model in a second tab. It can be a similar than the one in Revit when you are in a schedule, you have a button to highlight the asset in Revit. Show More

   To generate a sequence, or video, that displays the data included in Asset with execution dates already established by a color code. This execution sequence can be generated, similar to the tracking shown in Synchro or Navisworks, with the video linking to the task schedule. Show More
