I had to make a Markup Formula rule where a OH& Fee charge was only relevant to budget items NOT starting with 01. I could not do this and had to make 17 rules to include all of the potential budget item starting digits that we not 01.
Can we add a 'Does not start with' qualifier to that list? or some other way to un-include items from a list?
I could not use does not contain because many of the codes include 01 somewhere else in their 6 digits.
