Please make it possible to share a link of published ReCap Point Clouds for external users to just open and navigate in the models in a browser and make markups without the need of a license. Only dowload is provided, which seems quite odd since the purpose of sharing this way is to let stakeholders who don't have a license of the Design Software (ReCap) view the Point cloud and make Annotations to the project.   Now it is possible to share the files (download), but often we are communicating with stakeholders which do not have licenses of the software.   Mark-up and issues should not be possible. Within ACC's Model Coordination, specifically the Views tab, there is no good way to share an individual view with someone. If you send a link of an opened view to someone, it redirects them to the Models tab (within Model Coordination) instead of opening the view. If you send a link of the Views tab, you then have to direct them to the specific model (we have approx. 20 to choose from per coordination space). Ideally there would be a way to select the view then select a 'Share' button/link.   This would be most beneficial for sharing Views with users who are not familiar with the Model Coordination module, so it minimizes their confusion between the Models tab and the Views tab. And it cuts back time explaining where exactly the model is (ie; directing them to the correct coordination space then to the views tab then to the view name). Show More

Hi I would like to be able to save filters made in Model Browser in ACC Viewer. As standard filters for the ACC Viewer for all the projects in the company for properties that we are supposed to use in any project. Such as Model Maturity Status (MMI) or similar. And also for personal preferences for each user, if I set up filters I would like to control in the model I would like to be able to save filters for my user. Show More

When viewing the xref image directly in Civil 3D on desktop the .sid is a large and dense image which is streamed (Per my troubleshoot with Autodesk).  This means the image is constantly regenerating when it is zoomed in and appears high quality.  The ACC Docs web viewer doesn't enable streaming, therefore the image is very grainy when zoomed in as it behaves like just a snapshot. This is problematic for my Civil 3D users who are trying to use the ACC platform for its viewing and sharing capabilities to present the best product possible to project stakeholders. Show More

With the switch from BIM360 to ACC, we are missing a frequently used feature to easily filter by layers. (See image attached). And thus see only the filtered layers. This is easy for the users on site, without a thorough training they can very quickly find the desired info. We build our layers in such a way that we can easily filter. Also to surface certain from these shading we miss . We have built our layers so that we can make a quick selection with a few abbreviations. It is mainly a functionality that we now use a lot on the 2D plans in BIM360. Concerns roadis plans in inner-city areas (Europe). where not every project is full 3D BIM yet. But where we already use ACC to comunicate with the site anyway. Show More

You can only search for "names" in the model browser. It would be great if you could also search object properties. The item number would be particularly important. The idea behind this is that when employees are on the construction site or workshop, they can easily find out where an individual item is located using a tablet. Show More

In Autodesk Construction Cloud, give the possibility in the 2D viewer 'Compare' mode to export a report. This is already possible in 3D model Compare, but not in 2D. Show More

I'd like it to be possible to display the parts (with Revit information) directly in the ACC online viewer. I don't understand why this function isn't already implemented.   Often customers don't have a Revit license, and the only way to view (and approve) the project is via the online viewer.   Show More

When you click on an element in the viewer in the model coordination view, you can't distinguish which model the element is coming from. We need a consistent property for all elements that will show the model name in the element properties panel Show More

When using section view in the model coordination, it would be very convenient if you could move the section plane back and forth by scrolling the mouse wheel. Using and clicking the intended arrow each time you want to move the plane is very cumbersome and slows down the workflow. This feature is standard in many other CDE-platforms already and would also enhance the experience of ACC. Show More

The white/black background toggle in the ACC viewer looks to be a global setting however we don't typically view everything that way.   Ideally we would have extra toggle options so we can control it differently in various situations.    For example, I would set mine to the following: 1) 2D model space to be black 2) Layout space to be white 3) PDF sheets to be white (the pdf's are white thumbnails but change to black when you open it if you have it set to a black background) Show More

In ACC Model Viewer, if aerial imagery is attached to a drawing, it highlights when moused over. This makes overlaid linework very difficult to see without unloading or hiding the image. It also makes it difficult to see the image as it is generally always tinted yellow. Can we make it selectable only by selecting the frame (like in Civil 3D) or just make it not highlight in general? It would be very appreciated if we could have the possibility to retrieve the Saved SearchSets (Saved searches/ pre-configured searches feature) which are available in Navisworks Models (NWD) Navisworks Search Sets This allows to select in mass objects and perform operations like Hide / Show / Hide Unselected. I am convinced that working with a method - the Shared Positioning links in a different locations in the main Revit model, makes work easier and more productively, instead working with Create Group (for example) This method allows to work on reduced a files sizes and make changes in the different main Revit models simultaneously.  I believe that Autodesk is able to improve the Project Model feature, and will support the publishing instances in the "master model view". It would add so much to the coordination views if it was possible to drape an aerial image over the civil surfaces similar to Infraworks. If we do that in civil now on ACC, it doesn´t carry over to the viewer.   Would be a great addition. Doesn't even have to be super detailed, even if the image would be dulled down in res would add a lot of useful information to project coordination. Show More

In Model Coordination, within the Views tab, it would be a huge time saver if we would be able to rename a View without having to open the View itself.   Currently, the time breakdown when renaming Views is - 99% loading the View and 1% renaming it. Doing this for Views adds up quickly. Show More
