It would be very helpful if there was a "previous" and "next" submittal button to toggle through the submittals in order rather than having to back out to the main submittal list and select the next submittal each time. It would be best if it was able to toggle through the filtered main list if a filter was applied. For example, I need to work through tasks in my court, so to filter by Ball in Court, then toggle to the "next" in the list would be much faster than going back to the list page to select the next submittal.

As project teams change, the person(s) responsible for reviewing submittals changes. When updating the review workflow it will only apply itself to submittals created after the workflow had been updated. There should be an option to update the workflow of every open submittal so that each one does not have to be manually updated.

Every firm I’ve ever crossed paths with has some sort of disclaimer that is included with the returned submittal as part of the submittal stamp with the submittal status. Example is below. The missing piece is that there is nowhere to build the workflows so that it is included with every submittal. Build users are left with manually typing this or copy/pasting it for every submittal (assuming folks remember to do it) or adding it as a markup.

We need an option to toggle on an automated (scheduled) email reminder for items in the different modules at different time frames. F For example, as a Document Controller, you need to automatically trigger an email to an Engineer when an RFI response or Submittal review is due within 5 days, another when it is due in 3 days, and then daily once it is overdue. Many users would benefit from an email to prompt them to take action. This is helpful in the interim until users are accustomed to working directly out of the ACC and relying on each modules home page to see where items are in their status.

There is currently the ability to upload a custom cover page but this requires uploading each time. Could a cover page template that has fields prefilled based on the project/submittal be uploaded once and a single click to add to the submittal?

If the specification module is being used, allow for the "spec sections" within submittals to be automatically populated. Allow for custom specification sections in the event that a submittal follows a specification that is not uploaded to the spec sections.

Usually there is legal jargon on a typical submittal stamp that represents protecting the company stamping the documents. This is necessary information - ie legal jargon. The option to create a stamp in the submittal review area with dynamic selections is an efficiency feature, but the option to add legal jargon everytime takes the efficiency off the table and becomes a hassle. It would be nice if either API or a project template could have the legal jargon already on the stamp when selected during the review and stamp stage of a submittal. This way a company can control the text and not an individual who might forget to add this legal jargon. Please create this feature. Thank you,

In the submittal review workflow if you have multiple submittal steps you are not able to remove the second reviewer from the workflow once the first reviewer has completed their review. Example: Submittal was submitted with a two step review workflow - first reviewer (EOR), second reviewer(Owner). Upon completion of review by the first reviewer, it was determined that the owner (second reviewer) did not need to review the submittal that was now in their court. The workflow does not allow for deletion of the current step of the review workflow (this previously was an option) and push to next step or to close and distribute. The workaround is to approve on behalf of the second reviewer but submittal managers should be able to remove a step in the workflow at any step in the process.

The current limit on a single page to view sheets - 100, the current limit on a single page to view submittals - 50. Is there a reason that this list can not be a full list of the first page? At least increase to 100. Additionally when selecting a submittal to view from say 51-75 of 75, when returning to the submittal list it brings you back to the 1-50 of 75. I would be much more convenient to return back to the location where you clicked on the submittal.

When a responsible subcontractor uploads a submittal and submits, the submittal gets reviewed by the 'submittal manager' prior to sending to the submittal 'reviewer'. Often times the submittal needs to be returned to the responsible contractor. There is the option to step back but there is not the ability to include an attachment or provide detailed notes - the 'note' section is not conducive to this. It would be very helpful to have the same process in a step back as there is when moving the submittal forward through the review process.

We have clients and engineers who require specific submittal revision identifiers. When a submittal revision is created, it currently defaults to REV 1, 2, etc. We need the ability to change this to REV A, B, C, etc.

The submittals module used to have "Ball in Court Company" as one of the columns. This was removed and replaced by putting the company in parenthesis after the user. This column of "user (company)" does not have the ability to be sorted in the submittals module. Additionally the filter feature will not allow you to filter by 'contains' which does not allow you to filter by company. One can sort/filter if the submittal log is exported but cannot sort when looking in the module which is the more common of the two. Add the ability to sort the "ball in court" Add the ability to filter by 'contains' Or add back the column of "ball in court company"

When adding watchers to a submittal on the front page of the submittal one can type the persons name, press 'enter' and continue typing someone else's name. Conversely when performing the same function for "reviewers" or "watchers through the "edit review workflow" or in the settings>review template one can type the name, press 'enter' but the letters entered for the previous name remain requiring the user to backspace to clear the previous typing before typing again. "Edit review workflow" and "review templates" should have the same functionality as adding watchers via the location shown in the screen shot below. , one can type the name of the person, press 'enter' and then continue typing the

We noticed that if you are working on a submittal review, you cannot save it and come back to it later. You have to complete the review and provide a response if you want your markups saved. Some submittals are huge and can take several days review. The only work around right now is to download the submittal and work with it offline until you are ready to re-upload. This is not a great solution. Please provide a feature to save markups within Submittals without formally providing a response until you're ready.

There are multiple places in ACC where you need to enter long lists of data one item at a time. This is extremely time consuming and error prone. There should be a way to import lists like that from a spreadsheet or csv file. Areas where this would be a huge help include: Build - Sheets - Settings - Disciplines (This one in particular should be in the project template!) Build - Submittals - Packages - Create Package Build - Submittals - Spec sections- Create spec section

The polygon markup feature allows you to draw a shape with multiple control points, but if you need to adjust you cannot add control points. It would be nice to able to add control points to submittal markup shapes.

Add the ability to put a boarder around text boxes in the submittal markups For the callout, setting the arrow to the desired location and then moving the text box but holding the arrow would be helpfull in getting the callout to the desired location. currently you have to move the callout text box, then move the next control point on the leader, then move the arrow to the desired location.
